When did C. Viper release in Street Fighter 6?
Capcom confirmed October 15, 2025, as C. Viper’s release date. The character is available in Fighting Ground, World Tour, and Battle Hub, according to Capcom’s Street Fighter 6 announcement.

How could players get C. Viper?
At launch, access was available through either the Year 3 Character Pass or Year 3 Ultimate Pass, or by acquiring the character individually with Fighter Coins. The official Street Fighter 6 Steam announcement said pass owners would have C. Viper “automatically added upon release.” These were the routes described for the 2025 launch; the announcements do not establish current store pricing or terms.
When did Zangief Outfit 4 come out?
Zangief’s Outfit 4 launched alongside C. Viper on October 15, 2025. Its design is inspired by Mech Zangie-F. Cavalera Conspiracy created the original track “Piledriver” for the outfit’s release celebration, as noted in Capcom’s Steam announcement.

Does the Years 1-2 Fighters Edition include C. Viper?
Capcom lists Street Fighter 6 for Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam. Its product information includes a packaged Years 1-2 Fighters Edition, but that description does not establish that the edition contains Year 3 content. Check the specific current store listing and platform before buying if C. Viper or Outfit 4 is the reason for your purchase. The distinction is especially relevant to the packaged Nintendo Switch 2 version; the game edition and Year 3 character access are not interchangeable.
