Does Stumble Guys 0.41 need an OBB file?

How to download the current official version
Android
- Open Google Play and search for Stumble Guys, or open the official Google Play listing.
- Check the game listing and publisher, then tap Install or Update, as shown. The package identity is
com.kitkagames.fallbuddies. - Wait for the store installation or update to finish, then launch the game.
The developer’s update instructions direct Android players to Google Play and to select Update when one is available.
iPhone or iPad
- Open the Apple App Store and search for Stumble Guys, or use the official App Store listing.
- Check that you have the official game listing, then tap Get or Update.
- Confirm that the device meets the listing’s requirement of iOS 13.0 or later.
Can you install the Android APK on iPhone or iPad?
No—not through an ordinary iPhone or iPad installation. An APK is an Android application package; an OBB is Android game data. iOS uses App Store-signed apps, not an APK/OBB pair. A site advertising “Stumble Guys 0.41 IPA/OBB for iOS” is not offering a normal iOS installation format and should be treated as unofficial and potentially unsafe. The legitimate iOS route is the App Store version, subject to Apple’s current compatibility requirements.

What an APK is—and the risks of sideloading
An APK is the package format used to install Android apps. Installing one from outside Google Play is called sideloading. Some APKs support particular processor architectures while others are universal; the archived 0.41 listing specifies arm64-v8a + armeabi-v7a.
Android may ask you to allow installation from an unknown source. That permission does not verify the file: it lets an app or browser install packages outside the usual store review and update path. An unofficial APK may be altered, signed differently, incomplete, or bundled with unwanted software. Do not disable security protections or install a file simply because a download page labels it “official.”

Why an old version may not work online
Installing an archived client does not guarantee it can log in or join multiplayer games. Online games commonly require compatible client versions, and the developer advises players to update before troubleshooting. Version 0.41 may prompt for an update, fail to authenticate, lack current events, or be incompatible with current players or servers. The available official material does not verify whether build 0.41 connects to today’s servers, so no reliable promise can be made either way.
If the old client opens but immediately asks for an update, use the current store version. An install error or crash can also result from a conflicting existing installation, a corrupted or incompatible APK, insufficient storage, or changes in newer Android versions. Do not solve these problems by downloading random data files or modified builds.

Protect your progress before changing installations
Before uninstalling or replacing a working copy, make sure your game account is linked. Official support says Android progress can be recovered when connected to Google Play or Facebook, and Facebook can support transfers between Android and iOS. Progress that is not linked may require contacting support and may not be recoverable. Stumble Guys account and support information.
That makes experimenting with an old build risky: do not assume it will preserve your progress or that deleting the current app is reversible. Confirm your account connection before making changes.
