Short answer: The Deluxe Edition adds three digital bonus groups—Super Growth Support Item Set, Battle BGM Pack, and Digital Artbook & Soundtrack. Official listings do not describe an expiry date or one-time claim window, but that does not prove every story or side quest is non-missable. No official universal promo code or in-game code menu has been published. Most importantly, Nintendo says saves cannot be shared between the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 versions, even though Nintendo Switch Online Save Data Cloud support is listed for the Switch product.
What the Tales of Eternia Remastered Deluxe Edition includes
Tales of Eternia Remastered launched on October 16, 2026, for Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The Steam listing records the PC release as October 15, 2026. The Standard Edition is the base game; the Deluxe Edition is a digital bundle with three documented bonus groups.

| Purchase option | What you receive | Who it suits |
|---|---|---|
| Standard Edition | The remastered game only. | Players who want the campaign without the digital extras. |
| Deluxe Edition | The game, Super Growth Support Item Set, Battle BGM Pack, and Digital Artbook & Soundtrack. | New buyers who want all three listed bonus groups in one digital purchase. |
| Deluxe Upgrade Pack | The add-on path for owners of the base game; the specific bonus groups are the same Deluxe-content categories listed by the publisher. | Players who already own Standard and decide to add the Deluxe content. |
Nintendo’s product page names the three inclusions exactly: “Battle BGM Pack,” “Digital Artbook & Soundtrack,” and “Super Growth Support Item Set.” Bandai Namco Europe describes the support set as various consumable items and the music pack as standard battle themes from previous Tales games. The Deluxe Edition is digital only. Bandai Namco Europe lists a Deluxe Upgrade Pack at €24.99 for that region; prices and availability vary by storefront and region, so check the store page for your account before buying.

What the Super Growth Support Item Set is
The set is a collection of consumable support items intended to accelerate progression. The official descriptions do not publish a complete item-by-item inventory or state that the set contains every separate level-up product sold on the storefront. Treat it as its own bonus package rather than assuming it includes the separately catalogued Lv. Up+5 or Lv. Up+10 entries.

- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
Does Deluxe include the level-up items?
Not according to the published catalog information. Steam lists separate level-up DLC entries—Lv. Up+5 (1–4) and Lv. Up+10 (1–2)—alongside the Deluxe Edition and Deluxe Upgrade Pack. The listings do not say those level-up products are included in the Deluxe bundle. If you specifically want those items, verify that the individual product is included in your regional purchase before checkout.
Are the Deluxe bonuses missable?
The official edition and storefront pages present the Deluxe content as digital entitlements attached to an edition or add-on. They do not describe a story checkpoint, expiration date, or one-time in-game claim period for the Battle BGM Pack, Digital Artbook & Soundtrack, or Super Growth Support Item Set. On the evidence available, there is no officially documented missable DLC claim window.

That is narrower than saying the entire game is free of missables. The absence of a DLC deadline does not establish that every optional scene, item, side quest, or story opportunity can be collected after reaching a later chapter. Keep normal save rotations if you are pursuing completion, and do not treat the Deluxe entitlement statement as a guarantee about campaign content.

After purchasing or redeeming an add-on, the platform account that owns the game should receive the entitlement through its store library. Depending on the platform, the content may download automatically, appear as an installable add-on, or become available when the game checks the account license. The official pages do not specify a universal in-game collection screen or a deadline for claiming the consumables.

How to redeem Tales of Eternia Remastered codes safely
No reviewed official source publishes a promotional code string, a universal code-entry menu inside the game, an expiry date, or a complete region-by-region code policy. Do not use code lists from unverified posts, and do not assume that a code for one platform can be redeemed on another.
If you received a platform promotion
- Read the instructions supplied with that specific promotion. They identify the platform, country or region, account type, and any expiration date.
- Sign in to the same platform account that owns or will own Tales of Eternia Remastered.
- Redeem the code through the platform’s official store or account interface, following the labels shown for your region. The game’s own menus are not confirmed to contain a universal code field.
- Confirm the redemption result and check the game’s store page or downloadable-content management screen for the newly attached entitlement.
- Install the add-on if the platform presents it separately, then restart the game if the bonus does not appear immediately.
If the DLC is missing after redemption
- Check that the code was redeemed on the account currently signed in on the console or PC.
- Confirm that the game edition and the DLC use the same regional storefront. Region restrictions can prevent an entitlement from attaching to a different store region.
- Open the platform’s owned-content or add-on list and verify that the installation has completed.
- Close and relaunch the game after the store confirms ownership.
- Keep the receipt or redemption confirmation. If the store shows ownership but the game still does not detect the content, contact that platform’s support channel rather than trying an unrelated code.
Because no official universal code process has been published, a claim that a particular sequence works everywhere—or that a code remains valid indefinitely—would go beyond the documented information.

Can you transfer a save from Switch to Switch 2?
No. Do not assume that a Nintendo Switch save can be moved into the separate Nintendo Switch 2 version. Nintendo’s product page states: “Save data cannot be shared between the Nintendo Switch™ version and the Nintendo Switch™ 2 version.” This is an explicit compatibility warning, not merely a suggestion to use a different backup method.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsWhat Nintendo Switch Online Save Data Cloud does—and does not do
The Nintendo Switch product information lists Nintendo Switch Online Save Data Cloud support. That service can back up or restore the save for the supported Switch product, but the published warning means cloud storage should not be treated as a conversion or migration tool for the Switch 2 release. Backing up a Switch save is useful for protecting that version; it does not establish that the Switch 2 game can read it.

Switch and Switch 2 version checklist
| Question | Documented answer |
|---|---|
| Are both versions supported? | Yes. The remaster has separate Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 releases. |
| Can their saves be shared? | No. Nintendo explicitly says save data cannot be shared between the two versions. |
| Is cloud backup available? | Nintendo Switch Online Save Data Cloud is listed for the Switch product. |
| Does cloud backup migrate a save to Switch 2? | Not established; Nintendo’s cross-version warning means you should not plan on it. |
What about Steam, PlayStation, and Xbox saves?
The Steam listing identifies Steam Cloud for the PC version. That documents cloud synchronization within the Steam ecosystem, not portability to Nintendo, PlayStation, or Xbox. No cited official source establishes cross-platform save transfer among Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo versions, so a purchase on one platform should be treated as having its own save data.
| Platform feature | What is documented | What is not promised |
|---|---|---|
| Nintendo Switch | Nintendo Switch Online Save Data Cloud support is listed. | Sharing the save with the Switch 2 version. |
| Steam | Steam Cloud is listed for PC. | Moving that save to console editions or another platform family. |
| PlayStation and Xbox | The game is listed for PS5, PS4, and Xbox Series X|S. | Any cross-platform save system. |
What is included in every version rather than the Deluxe DLC?
The remaster itself adds quality-of-life options that are separate from the Deluxe bonus groups. Bandai Namco lists Boost controls, toggleable destination icons, encounter disabling, high-speed Auto-mode, Battle Retry, Quick Recovery, Extreme difficulty from the start, and Unknown difficulty after completion. The game also allows graphics and sound effects to switch between original and remastered modes during play, and English and Japanese voice options are documented.
These are game features, not evidence that a player owns the Deluxe Edition. The core release is a single-player role-playing game following Reid Hershel, Farah Oersted, Keele, and Meredy across Inferia and Celestia as they try to prevent the Grand Fall. Buying Standard does not remove the remaster’s listed quality-of-life systems.
Release and storefront details to check before purchase
- Console launch: October 16, 2026, for Switch 2, Switch, PS5, PS4, and Xbox Series X|S, according to the publisher announcement.
- PC listing: Steam records October 15, 2026, and lists TOSE Co., Ltd. as developer and Bandai Namco Entertainment as publisher.
- Deluxe availability: The Deluxe Edition is described as digital only.
- Upgrade pricing: Bandai Namco Europe lists the Deluxe Upgrade Pack at €24.99; this is a regional listing, not a universal price.
- Store reviews: A Steam snapshot showed 86% positive from 107 user reviews in 2026. Review percentages and counts change, so treat that figure as a dated store snapshot rather than a permanent rating.
Buying decision: Standard, Deluxe, or Upgrade?
Choose Standard if
- You want the base remaster and do not need cosmetic, music, artbook, or consumable bonuses.
- You prefer to decide later whether the support items and soundtrack are worth adding.
Choose Deluxe if
- You are buying the game for the first time and want all three documented bonus groups in one digital bundle.
- You value the previous-game battle music, digital artbook and soundtrack, and progression consumables.
Choose the Deluxe Upgrade Pack if
- You already own the Standard Edition on the same platform and account.
- Your regional store confirms that the upgrade applies to your existing base-game license.
Before confirming payment, compare the exact contents shown by your platform. In particular, do not infer that separate Lv. Up+5 or Lv. Up+10 products are bundled with Deluxe unless the storefront explicitly says so.
