Where to find Isaac and start the quest
Look for Isaac at the campsite outside the Ruined Cave in the Forgotten Kingdom, near Captain Rowan’s camp. Talk to him and accept his request before buying the potion; one walkthrough says to choose the second dialogue option.

How to get the potion Isaac wants
- Travel to Stonewake’s Cross.
- Find Maria and buy Health Potion I. Guides published in 2025 report a price of 150 in-game currency; that price has not been independently confirmed as current.
- Return to Isaac at the Forgotten Kingdom campsite and interact with him to deliver the potion. If the interaction does not register, one walkthrough recommends selecting or holding the potion before speaking to him.
Why Isaac may refuse the potion
Check its tier: guides distinguish Health Potion I from Health Potion II, and report that Isaac accepts the first but rejects the second. If you have Potion II, get Potion I from Maria instead. Also make sure you accepted Isaac’s request before trying to hand over the item.
What reward does Isaac give?
Guides report an experience reward. Other reported rewards include cash or a “Cure for Isaac” badge, but the available accounts do not agree on a complete reward list or exact payout, so those details are not established.
