These were Black Friday 2025 deals, not live offers today. The promotion appears to have centered on the MSI MPG 321URX QD-OLED, ASUS ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDM and LG UltraGear 32GS95UE-B, although the original article now redirects and the complete lineup cannot be verified with certainty. ASUS officially listed the PG32UCDM at $899, down 30%, while the exact Black Friday prices for the MSI and LG models are no longer reliably recoverable.
The buying decision is straightforward: choose the MSI for value, the ASUS for premium QD-OLED image quality and features, or the LG if you will genuinely use its 4K/240Hz and 1080p/480Hz dual-mode system. Treat all 2025 prices as historical reference points, not current availability.

What was actually discounted?
The deal headline referred to the 2025 Black Friday shopping period. It should not be presented as a current promotion: Black Friday 2026 falls on November 27, and the original PC Guide page now redirects to a general deals page.

- MSI MPG 321URX QD-OLED
- ASUS ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDM
- LG UltraGear 32GS95UE-B
That lineup is probable rather than fully confirmed. ASUS’s official announcement also listed the dual-mode PG32UCDP at $949, so the third monitor in the original deal coverage may have been an ASUS model rather than the LG. Do not confuse the older PG32UCDM with the newer PG32UCDM Gen3.

ASUS confirmed the clearest pricing evidence in its US Black Friday announcement:
| Model | Historical Black Friday price | Discount claimed | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| ASUS ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDM | $899 | 30% from ASUS’s stated regular price | 2025 promotion expired |
| ASUS ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDP | $949 | 27% from ASUS’s stated regular price | 2025 promotion expired |
| MSI MPG 321URX QD-OLED | Not reliably recoverable | Not verified | 2025 promotion expired |
| LG UltraGear 32GS95UE-B | Not reliably recoverable | Not verified | 2025 promotion expired |
Retailer “was” prices and manufacturer list prices are not interchangeable with a product’s normal street price. A 30% headline discount is useful only if the monitor was actually selling near its reference price before the promotion.

ASUS ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDM: the premium image-quality choice
The PG32UCDM is a 31.5-inch-viewable 4K QD-OLED monitor with a 240Hz refresh rate, manufacturer-rated 0.03ms GTG response time, 99% DCI-P3 coverage, true 10-bit color and DisplayHDR True Black 400. It also provides HDMI 2.1, USB-C with up to 90W power delivery, G-SYNC compatibility and ASUS’s custom heatsink and graphene-film design.

- 32" 4K UHD Glossy OLED Display - Experience ultra-sharp visuals and lifelike color on a stunning 32-inch 4K UHD (3840 x 2160) glossy OLED display. Every detail pops with depth and vibrancy, bringing your favorite games and content to life.
- Bright OLED Gaming - This UltraGear features Micro Lens Array+ technology. So with a typical brightness of 275 nits, this monitor is brighter than previous UltraGear OLED gaming displays and has improved viewing angles.
- VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 & 1.5M:1 Contrast Ratio - VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 certified with upt to DCI-P3 98.5% color gamut means this monitor meets industry standards for brightness as well as deep, rich black color expression. With a 1.5M:1 contrast ration, the benefit for gaming impeccable color and image detail in dark scenes for a stunning visual experience.
- 32" UHD OLED Brilliance with 165Hz of Game-Changing Speed - Experience ultra-smooth, tear-free gameplay with up to 165Hz on a bright 32” Glossy UHD OLED display. React instantly, spot every detail, and outpace your opponents in every frame with outrageous speed and clarity.
- Leave Lag Behind with 0.03ms Response Time - Enjoy smoother scenes with less lag or ghosting thanks to LG UltraGear OLED's nearly instantaneous 0.03ms (GtG) response time.
That combination makes it an excellent match for a high-end PC capable of driving demanding games at high refresh rates. QD-OLED provides saturated color and very deep blacks in a dark room, while 4K at 32 inches gives games and desktop applications substantially more detail than a 1440p OLED.
There are important qualifications. The 0.03ms figure is a manufacturer specification, not a guarantee that every transition in every game will measure exactly that way. The glossy coating can also reflect windows and lamps; in bright surroundings, QD-OLED blacks may appear gray rather than truly black. RTINGS’ current recommendation concerns the newer PG32UCDM Gen3, so its conclusions should not automatically be applied to this older PG32UCDM.
Buy the PG32UCDM when HDR quality, 4K/240Hz gaming, USB-C laptop connectivity and premium features matter more than glare resistance. At the historically documented $899 price, it was a particularly strong 2025 offer. That price is not evidence of a live deal now.

MSI MPG 321URX QD-OLED: the likely value pick
The MSI MPG 321URX combines the core flagship formula: a 32-inch 4K QD-OLED panel, 240Hz refresh rate, HDMI 2.1, a KVM switch and USB-C with up to 90W power delivery. Those features make it useful for a desktop shared between a gaming PC, laptop and console.
The original coverage treated it as the value option because it offered much of the expensive 4K/240Hz QD-OLED experience without necessarily matching the price of every premium rival. It is the sensible choice if the deal price is meaningfully below the ASUS equivalent and you do not need the newest connection standard.
Its compromises matter:
- DisplayPort 1.4: it may support the advertised high-refresh mode with DSC, but it offers less bandwidth headroom than DisplayPort 2.1.
- SDR brightness: desktop content can look less punchy in a bright room than on a bright LCD.
- G-SYNC: the original coverage describes basic G-SYNC support rather than a reason to buy it specifically for advanced G-SYNC features.
- USB-C power: 90W is useful for many laptops but may not fully power a high-performance laptop under load.
The exact MSI Black Friday price and discount cannot be verified from the available evidence. Also, do not substitute the currently listed MSI MAG 321UPXB for the MPG 321URX: they are different models.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:

The LG 32GS95UE-B’s defining feature is its dual-mode operation. It can run at 4K and up to 240Hz, then switch to Full HD at up to 480Hz. It also supports G-SYNC compatibility, AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and DisplayHDR True Black 400. LG lists a 0.03ms GTG response time, a 1.5 million-to-one contrast ratio and Pixel Sound technology.

- High-Performance Display Specifications: 26.5-inch 4K (3840 x 2160) QD-OLED gaming monitor with 240Hz refresh rate and 0.03ms response time for ultra-smooth gameplay
- Advanced 4th-Generation QD-OLED Technology: Latest QD-OLED technology delivers sharper imagery and crystal-clear text, with a longer lifespan over previous-gen OLEDs
- OLED Anti-Flicker 2.0 Technology: Includes a new luminance compensation algorithm that reduces flicker by 20% compared to previous-gen panels, ensuring comfortable viewing
- ASUS OLED Care Pro with Neo Proximity Sensor: New functions with Neo Proximity Sensor that precisely detects when the user is away, switching to a black screen to reduce the risk of burn-in
- Professional-Grade Color Accuracy: VESA DisplayHDR 400 True Black compliance, 99% DCI-P3 gamut, true 10-bit color, and Delta E < 2 color difference for astonishing HDR performance for photo and video editing
This is the most compelling option for a player who alternates between visually demanding games and competitive esports. Use 4K/240Hz for modern single-player games, then select 1080p/480Hz for a title where extremely high frame rates and motion clarity matter more than resolution.
The feature is not automatically valuable. Full HD looks noticeably softer on a 32-inch screen than native 4K, and 480Hz only matters when the game and graphics card can produce very high frame rates. If you mostly play cinematic games or use the monitor for productivity, paying extra for dual mode may not make sense.
The original Black Friday price for the exact 32GS95UE-B SKU is not reliably available in the evidence. A current retailer listing for an LG 32-inch dual-mode OLED showed $899.99, but the model suffix should be verified before treating that figure as the same product or as a Black Friday price.

Which one should you buy?
| Your priority | Best fit | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Best value among the original candidates | MSI MPG 321URX | 4K/240Hz QD-OLED, HDMI 2.1, KVM and 90W USB-C, assuming a substantially lower price. |
| HDR and saturated QD-OLED color | ASUS PG32UCDM | Premium 4K/240Hz QD-OLED features and strong dark-room image quality. |
| Competitive gaming flexibility | LG 32GS95UE-B | Switches between 4K/240Hz and 1080p/480Hz. |
| Bright-room viewing | Consider a glare-reducing alternative | Glossy QD-OLED panels can reflect light and show raised-looking blacks. |
| PS5 or Xbox | Any model with suitable HDMI 2.1 and VRR support | Consoles cannot exploit 240Hz or 480Hz beyond their supported output modes. |
Check your hardware before paying for 240Hz
A powerful graphics card is essential if you expect to use 4K at high refresh rates. Actual performance depends on the game, settings, upscaling and GPU. Confirm all of the following before buying:
Best Value
- Dual Mode Display Technology: 32-inch 4K (3840 x 2160) TrueBlack Glossy WOLED gaming monitor with versatile dual mode (4K@240Hz, FHD@480Hz)
- TrueBlack Glossy Panel: Exclusive new TrueBlack Glossy panel provides a zero-haze surface and exceptionally sharp imagery
- ASUS OLED Care Pro with Neo Proximity Sensor: Precisely detects when the user is away and switches to a black screen to reduce the risk of burn-in
- DisplayWidget Center Software: Allows users to easily access OLED Care Pro functions and adjust monitor settings using a mouse
- Professional Color Accuracy: VESA DisplayHDR 400 True Black compliance, 99% DCI-P3 gamut, true 10-bit color, and Delta E < 2 color difference for astonishing HDR performance for photo and video editing
- GPU output: check whether your graphics card supports the required HDMI or DisplayPort standard.
- Bandwidth mode: identify whether 4K/240Hz requires DSC and which DisplayPort 2.1 mode, if any, the monitor and GPU support.
- VRR compatibility: verify support for the adaptive-sync system you use.
- Console support: for PS5, PS5 Pro or Xbox, prioritize HDMI 2.1, 4K/120Hz and VRR rather than a 240Hz headline.
- Laptop use: check whether 90W USB-C charging is sufficient for your laptop while gaming.
OLED ownership warnings
OLED is not burn-in-proof. Static taskbars, browser windows, desktop icons and repeated game HUDs can contribute to image retention or burn-in over time. Heatsinks, graphene film and panel-care systems reduce risk; they do not eliminate it.
- Enable the monitor’s pixel-refresh or panel-care routine.
- Set the display to sleep automatically.
- Hide or move static taskbars when practical.
- Vary content if the display is also used for long office sessions.
- Read the exact warranty language for burn-in coverage.
- Check the dead-pixel, return and exchange policies before opening the box.
4K OLED is generally sharper for text than 1440p OLED, but subpixel layouts and text rendering still vary. A monitor that looks spectacular in games is not automatically the best office display.
What about current alternatives?
Current listings show that the 2025 models should be compared with newer or differently positioned products rather than bought solely because an old headline called them “the best.” During the research window, Best Buy showed sale signals including the MSI MAG 321UPXB at $599.99, an LG 32-inch dual-mode OLED at $899.99, the ASUS dual-mode 32-inch OLED at $1,104.99 and the Alienware AW3225QF at $999.99. These were current retailer prices, not verified Black Friday 2025 prices, and model suffixes must be checked.

Samsung’s newer Odyssey OLED G8 G81SF was listed on Samsung US at $1,299.99 and specifically highlights a glare-free finish. It is a current alternative for buyers whose room makes glossy OLED impractical, not one of the original 2025 deal products.

Bottom line
The 2025 discounts were attractive, but the deal event is over and the original three-monitor lineup is not completely verifiable from the surviving page. The MSI MPG 321URX was the likely value winner, the ASUS PG32UCDM the premium QD-OLED choice, and the LG 32GS95UE-B the specialist pick for 480Hz esports gaming. For a purchase today, compare exact model numbers, current street prices, port requirements, room lighting and burn-in warranty terms rather than relying on the old Black Friday headline.
