For solo progress in Throne and Liberty, start with the Adventure Codex and main story when they are available, then use contracts or another activity to address your current need. With a guild, add coordinated and guild-specific activities when their eligibility and schedule work for you. Treat this as a flexible framework, not a mandatory daily checklist: activity rewards and requirements change with updates.
What to prioritize when playing solo
Start with the Adventure Codex and main story
The official character progression guide identifies the Adventure Codex and main story as strong routes for leveling and improving skills. If a story or Codex step is available and supports your current character goals, begin there rather than trying to complete every activity in the game.

Use contracts to fill a specific progression need
Contracts are a useful supplementary choice: the official progression guidance says they grant experience, crafting materials, and Training Dew, which increases the mastery of an equipped weapon. Pick them when those rewards fit what your character needs; their value is not a reason to treat every contract as a daily obligation.
Choose other activities by goal and availability
If progression is blocked or you want a change of pace, choose from activities currently available to you, such as dungeons. The same official guide says, “There’s no right way to play.” That is a helpful principle for a solo routine: choose an activity for its current fit, not because an old guide calls it universally optimal.

What a guild adds to your routine
A guild expands your options beyond individual progression. The official Guild Deep Dive describes guild benefits and activities including special shops and supplies, resources, Guild Raids, Guild Contracts, Dynamic Guild Events, Guild Emblems, Conquest Battles, a Guild Base, and guild rank. It also discusses Castle Siege, open-world bosses, field dungeons, and co-op dungeons.
These activities do not all ask the same thing of you. Some involve coordination with guildmates, while others have different availability or group-size demands. A practical way to decide is to check whether an activity is open, whether your guild can take part, and whether its rewards or contribution matter to you now. If you are choosing between a solo activity and a guild event, account for the time and coordination the event requires rather than assuming guild content is automatically the better use of a session.

Guild Raid access can change
On July 23, 2026, the official Resistance Report said the minimum Guild Raid registration threshold was being reduced from 36 players to 24 because the former threshold made participation difficult for small and mid-size guilds. The report also described party-level registration as a future plan, not a completed change. Check the live client or newer official notes for the rule that applies to your guild.
Build a routine around your available time
Instead of following a fixed rotation, make a short decision based on your session and character:
Rank #3
- UK PSN account may be required for any online features
- Check your immediate progression goal. If the Adventure Codex or main story can advance it, start there.
- If you need a particular resource or weapon mastery progress, consider contracts and their experience, crafting materials, or Training Dew rewards.
- If you have time and want group play, check which guild activities are available and whether your guild can meet their current entry requirements.
- If none of those fit, choose another activity that is currently available and enjoyable to you; you do not need to force a full checklist into every session.
This framework weighs solo access, coordination, time, personal progression, guild contribution, eligibility, and the rewards you need. It is a way to make a decision, not an official in-game ranking of activities.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. Why older daily checklists may be out of date
Updates have changed both mission structures and activity rewards. Update 4.0.0, dated June 24, 2026, added the Nix region, raised the level cap to 60, revised weekly missions, and changed Guild Contract rewards. Update 4.7.0, dated August 12, 2026, added party ready checks and expanded or adjusted rewards involving Archbosses, Field Bosses, Guild Raids, Co-op Dungeons, and Dimensional Trials. These official notes show why a durable guide should focus on activity categories and why exact reward advice needs a date.

The official news index listed Update 4.15.0 with downtime beginning October 7, 2026, but the available activity details do not establish the complete changes in that update. For that reason, no exact daily or weekly quantities, reset times, complete checklist, or universally best activity order can be stated here. Verify the current client and full latest patch notes before planning around a limit or a specific reward.
In July 2026, the Throne and Liberty Team said, “We will adjust playtime expectations and progression costs so that players are not pressured by mandatory daily obligations or currency shortages.” That statement described a commitment to make adjustments; it is not proof that every proposed change had already shipped.
