Outbyte Driver Updater FREEFix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →Outbyte PC Repair FREERepair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →Throne and Liberty has outlined planned November changes to Hit Chance and Evasion, Skill Core acquisition, and max-level gear drops. The October 2 Resistance Report also previews later-October changes to Vegamor Colossus scheduling and Guild Battle difficulty. These are plans, not changes already live; exact patch dates and several balance details have not yet been announced.
What the November updates are meant to change
The October Resistance Report addresses player feedback about gear progression, combat stats, and Skill Cores. The team says the November work is intended to make gear farming more rewarding, give Hit Chance investment clearer value, and provide more reliable ways to obtain Skill Cores. The report does not provide numerical drop rates or final balance specifications. Read the official October 2026 Resistance Report.
Max-level gear drop rates
The team says an error initially made max-level gear drop more often than intended. Returning drops to the intended probability structure then left progression feeling less exciting. In November, it plans to increase max-level gear drop rates while keeping early progression approachable. No percentage, activity-specific rate, or exact implementation date is stated.
Hit Chance and Evasion
According to the report, Hit Chance currently functions mainly as a counter to high Evasion. That can make further Hit Chance investment less valuable against opponents with little Evasion. The team also says some weapon combinations can gain Evasion through skills at relatively low investment.

- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
The November plan is to add weapon-specific benefits to Hit Chance and reduce some Dagger Evasion synergy when paired with other weapons. The stated aim is to shift more of that power toward actively using Dagger mobility skills. The report does not identify which weapon combinations will receive which Hit Chance effects or quantify the Dagger adjustment. The team describes its aim this way: “Our goal is to ensure that investing in Hit Chance delivers clear and meaningful combat value.”
Skill Core drops, crafting, and build options
For November, the team plans to increase Skill Core drops in Tumgir Hollow and Co-op Dungeons. It also plans a guaranteed crafting system: players will be able to use materials earned through regular play to craft a specific Skill Core they choose. The report describes this as a reliable path to a desired Core, but does not yet list the material costs or other crafting requirements.
