The best-supported place to farm it is the Temple Entrance Shrine area in Chapter 3’s New Thunderclap Temple: head through the temple toward the stairs where Thunder Rhino Masters appear. The Curio is a random drop, not a guaranteed reward.
What Thunderflame Seal does
Thunderflame Seal is a Curio, not a weapon, armor piece, or quest object. Its listed effect is “Considerably increases Maximum Mana.” Gamer Guides lists the bonus as +30 Maximum Mana and a hold limit of three; treat those as database-listed game values rather than developer-confirmed statistics. Game8 and Gamer Guides provide the item details.

- Travel to the Temple Entrance Shrine in New Thunderclap Temple, Chapter 3.
- Proceed through the temple and toward the stairs beyond it.
- Look for Thunder Rhino Masters on the stairways and defeat them.
- Repeat the route if the Curio does not drop; the item is rare and the sources do not establish a drop rate or a guaranteed number of attempts.
Community route descriptions mention several enemies along the staircases, but exact counts can vary or depend on the route taken. Focus on locating and clearing the Thunder Rhino Masters rather than treating any reported count as necessary for the drop.

Neoseeker’s Curios list also reports Thunderflame Seal as a possible drop from Flame Rhino Masters in Chapter 5. That alternate source is reported by one guide; the item-specific Game8 and Gamer Guides pages instead point to Chapter 3’s Thunder Rhino Masters and do not confirm the Chapter 5 route. Use Chapter 3 as the supported farming option, and regard the Chapter 5 report as unconfirmed unless you verify it in your game. Neoseeker’s Curios list
