Aspyr confirms that the Tomb Raider I–III Remastered Collector’s Edition includes three Lara Croft figures. But its announcement does not describe a “cursed” figure or document a defect, so the headline’s claim cannot be treated as established fact.
What does the Collector’s Edition include?
In an announcement dated January 30, 2025, Aspyr said the Tomb Raider I–III Remastered Collector’s Edition includes three Lara Croft figures. The announcement confirms the figures are part of the edition; it does not identify their designs or provide details about their appearance. Aspyr’s physical-edition announcement

Aspyr separately described a physical Deluxe edition with a game copy, SteelBook, exploration map book, collectible tuck-in box, and original soundtrack. The announcement does not establish that “Deluxe” and “Collector’s Edition” refer to the same edition, so their names and listed contents should not be combined.
Is there evidence that the figure is “cursed”?
The announcement does not use the word “cursed,” report a manufacturing problem, or identify any figure as defective. The available evidence also does not establish which specific figure the claim refers to or document owner reports or a publisher response. Without a verifiable report tied to an identifiable edition and figure, the allegation remains unconfirmed.
