AMD Overclocked was a short pro-am tournament backed by Toronto Ultra and AMD, reported on June 21, 2025 as a stopgap for Call of Duty fans in the days before the 2025 Call of Duty League Championship near Toronto. It is now a past event, so this article covers what was announced and reported, not how to enter or watch live.

Every figure above comes from a single news report. The reporting does not link to an official rules page or a prize-pool announcement from Toronto Ultra or AMD, so treat the $10,000 figure and the format details as the report’s account rather than independently confirmed terms.
How the tournament was structured
The report described a 16-team double-elimination bracket. In double elimination, a team that loses once drops to a losers’ bracket and keeps competing, and it is eliminated only after a second loss. That format gives teams that start slowly a second chance, which matters in a two-day event where early losses can otherwise end a team’s run quickly.
The report said the event would conclude the following evening relative to its publication date. It does not give an exact end time, so do not rely on a specific clock time from it.

Late roster change

Results and standings
At publication, the report included partial live bracket updates from early rounds. Those were in-progress snapshots, not final standings. The available reporting does not establish a winner, final placings or prize distribution, so any result you see quoted from that day should be checked against a later source before you cite it.

How the report framed the event
The article’s headline, “Here to Save You Until COD Champs,” and its subheading, “Your COD Fix Before Champs,” are the report’s own wording. They present the tournament as entertainment to fill a gap before the championship. They are not a measure of how many fans wanted the event or how it was received, and the reporting does not include audience data.
