What is the Black Ops 6 Zombies story?
The former Requiem members have been imprisoned for more than five years at Terminus, an island complex that serves as a Project Janus bio-research station. Their escape unfolds amid a chaotic Dark Aether dimensional outbreak. The premise carries forward the series’ Dark Aether narrative rather than rebooting Zombies as a standalone story.
In the official announcement, Call of Duty described the setup this way: “After being imprisoned for over five years at a remote outpost in the Philippine Sea, the former members of Requiem stage a daring breakout.” That is the initial story premise, not a recap of the full game plot.
