Warzone Mobile cannot be restored by troubleshooting: Activision took the game’s servers offline on April 17, 2026, and says it is no longer available to play. Password resets, reinstalling the app, or changing network settings will not bring the service back.
This shutdown affects access to Warzone Mobile, not necessarily your Activision account. The distinction—and the alternatives Activision recommends—are below.
Why Warzone Mobile login fixes no longer work
Activision’s service notice, published February 16, 2026, said Warzone Mobile servers would go offline on April 17, 2026. That date has passed, so a login failure is not a password, phone, or home-network problem that can be fixed on your end. There is no supported login route back into the game while its servers are offline.
Activision says the game was removed from Google Play and Apple’s App Store in May 2025. Its current Warzone Mobile support index points players to the service-changes notice.

What happens to your account?
Warzone Mobile guest accounts
Guest accounts used to play Warzone Mobile are no longer accessible through the shut-down game. Activision does not describe a way to recover that game access after the servers went offline.
Activision accounts
Your Activision account remains available outside Warzone Mobile through Activision websites and other titles that require an account. Activision states: “Activision accounts will no longer be accessible through Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile but will still be available outside of the game through Activision websites and titles that require an account.”

What to play instead
Activision names two alternatives. They are separate games, not a way to reopen Warzone Mobile or a guarantee that its in-game progress will carry over.

When connection troubleshooting is still useful
Activision’s general Online Services guidance recommends checking service status, restarting the router or device, using a strong Wi-Fi connection, and limiting other bandwidth-heavy applications. Those checks can help diagnose connection trouble in an active online game or service. They cannot reconnect Warzone Mobile after its servers have shut down.
