There is no legitimate Roblox gift-card code generator or public list of unused codes. A valid code comes with a genuine card or retail purchase and adds value to the Roblox account signed in when it is redeemed. If you already have a card, use Roblox’s official redemption page; if a code fails, follow the troubleshooting steps below rather than sharing it with a stranger.
Can you get free unused Roblox gift card codes?
No legitimate website can give you a working gift-card code simply because it is described as “unused.” Roblox says offers of free Robux, subscriptions, or valuable items are scams, and its support page states, “There is no such thing as free Robux or subscription offers, tricks, or codes.” These offers can be designed to steal account details or lead to harmful links. Roblox Support: Free Robux or Subscription Generators
A code belongs to a real card or retail code. Roblox’s official instructions describe redeeming a code, not checking a code’s unused status on a public lookup site. Don’t enter your password on a generator site, pay someone who claims to reveal an unused code, or post a card PIN in comments or messages.
How to redeem a Roblox gift card code
- Open Roblox.com/redeem in a web browser and sign in.
- Check the username shown on the account. The value will be added to the account that is signed in, so switch accounts before continuing if necessary.
- Enter the code from the card or retailer and select the redeem option.
- Check your Roblox Credit or account balance to confirm the result. Roblox explains how to view and use Credit in Managing and spending your Roblox Credit.
Standard Roblox mobile apps and consoles do not support gift-card redemption. Roblox documents an in-app redemption option for Samsung Galaxy users; otherwise, use a browser. See Roblox Support’s gift-card redemption guide for the current steps and device details.

What to do if your Roblox gift card code is not working
Check the characters and account
- Re-enter the code carefully. Roblox notes that some characters can be confused, such as zero and the letter O, or one and capital I; consult its redemption troubleshooting guidance for the listed substitutions.
- Confirm that you are signed into the Roblox account that should receive the value.
- Make sure you are redeeming a gift-card code through the gift-card process. Promotional codes are different and may be time-limited or expire; that does not mean gift-card codes expire under the U.S. terms.
If Roblox says the code was already redeemed
Check other Roblox accounts you use, in case the card was redeemed while you were signed into another one. An “already redeemed” message alone does not establish who redeemed the code. If the card was a sealed, untampered retail card when you bought it, Roblox directs customers to contact Support with the receipt and code. Its Retail Codes support page explains this route.
Contact Roblox Support for an unresolved error
Use Roblox’s official gift-card support guidance and keep your receipt. Never send the PIN to an unverified person who offers to “check” it, and do not publish it. Roblox’s U.S. terms say lost, stolen, or unauthorized-used card value will not be replaced; contact official Support about a failed redemption rather than relying on a third party.

Do Roblox gift cards expire?
Under Roblox’s U.S. Terms and Conditions for Roblox Gift Cards and Credits, gift cards do not expire. Those terms, last updated April 30, 2026, also say cards bought from unauthorized sellers or resellers—including internet auction sites—are not valid and will not be honored. This is U.S. guidance; check Roblox’s terms for your country if you are elsewhere. Promotional codes are separate and may have expiration dates or other time limits.

Roblox’s U.S. terms say it will not replace value from a lost or stolen card, or value used without authorization. Keep the purchase receipt and contact Roblox Support if a code from a sealed, untampered retail card fails to redeem. Avoid buying codes from auction sites or unauthorized resellers: Roblox says those cards may not be honored.
