None has a release date in the official pages reviewed. Two other anticipated games, Star Wars: Galactic Racer and Star Wars Zero Company, have already launched, so they are included below as recent releases—not as upcoming games.
The confirmed upcoming Star Wars games
There are three major unreleased titles confirmed by the official sources reviewed. Their settings and formats differ, but no confirmed launch date is available for any of them.
Star Wars: Fate of the Old Republic
Fate of the Old Republic is a single-player narrative action RPG from Arcanaut Studios, developed with Lucasfilm Games and directed by Casey Hudson. It tells a new story at the end of the Old Republic, with players taking the role of a Force user and making decisions that shape a journey toward light or darkness. Lucasfilm’s announcement and interview describe it as a new story, not a direct sequel or continuation of Knights of the Old Republic; it should not be treated as KOTOR 3. The official pages reviewed do not list platforms or a release date.
Hudson described the project as an opportunity to build “a contemporary vision of a definitive Star Wars experience,” combining player agency and immersion with a story made for the game. The quote appears in the StarWars.com interview.

Star Wars Eclipse
Set in the High Republic era, Star Wars Eclipse is described by Lucasfilm as an intricately branching action-adventure. It features an ensemble of playable characters, original locations and species, and choices with multiple outcomes. Quantic Dream is developing it with Lucasfilm Games. The official game page gives no release date or platform list.
Knights of the Old Republic remake
The remake of the classic role-playing game is confirmed for PlayStation 5 and PC on the official StarWars.com page. That page provides no release date or current development milestone, so a launch year or more specific production status cannot be confirmed from it. The original adventure is framed there as taking place thousands of years before the Galactic Empire.

When is the next Star Wars game coming out?
The official pages reviewed do not establish the next release date among these three unreleased games. They also do not provide a confirmed release window. Treat dates circulating without an authoritative announcement as unconfirmed rather than assuming a game is “coming soon.”
