How to create an Organization in VV Ultimatum
1. Reach Level 20
Level 20 is the reported progression gate. If your character is below that level, the Organization Manager may not offer the creation option. Earlier instructions used Level 35, but the June 2026 guide reports Level 20 as the current requirement it observed. Because this is a guide-based requirement rather than a published official rule, use the level shown by your current game build if it differs.

2. Travel to Fort Adams
Once you meet the level requirement, go to Fort Adams. The guide identifies Fort Adams as the location of the Organization Manager, so searching other hubs will not expose the same dialogue. Arrive in the area before trying to open an Organization menu; the create action is obtained through the non-player character rather than from a general Roblox settings page.
3. Locate the Organization Manager
Find the Organization Manager at Fort Adams and interact with the NPC. If the character is difficult to spot, the guide recommends using Sense to help locate the Manager:
- Keyboard: hold
C. - Console: press left on the controller’s D-pad.
These controls are the directions reported by the June 2026 walkthrough. Key bindings or controller prompts may be different after a patch, so follow an on-screen prompt if the current build displays one.

4. Make sure you are not already in an Organization
Open the Manager’s dialogue and check your membership status before looking for the create command. The guide says a player who already belongs to an Organization cannot create another one. If that applies to you, use the Manager’s dialogue to leave your current Organization first, then interact again and look for the creation option.
Leaving is a prerequisite for the create route, not an optional workaround. If you remain listed as a member, an otherwise eligible Level 20 character can still find the create option unavailable.

5. Select the create option
Choose the option that begins Organization creation. The exact menu label can be patch-sensitive, but the reported flow is to select the create command in the Organization Manager’s dialogue rather than an invitation or membership option.
6. Enter the Organization’s name, icon, and description
The creation form asks for three pieces of identity information:
- Name: the Organization’s in-game name.
- Icon: the visual mark selected in the creation interface.
- Description: the text that explains the group’s purpose or identity.
Review all three fields before confirming. The guide does not specify a character limit, naming policy, icon catalog, or whether these values can later be changed, so do not assume that an edit option exists. Choose wording and imagery your group can use long-term.
7. Read the live prompt and confirm
Before the final confirmation, read the amount and terms displayed by your current Organization Manager. The June 2026 guide does not verify a creation fee, and it does not establish that creation is free. If the prompt shows a Yen, cash, or other in-game charge, treat that live value as authoritative for your server and patch rather than relying on an older number from a third-party page.
Confirm only after checking the name, icon, description, and any displayed cost. The guide reports that the player who completes this process becomes the Organization leader.

Troubleshooting when the create option is missing
You are below Level 20
Check your character level first. The reported gate is Level 20, and the older Level 35 figure should not be treated as the current target unless your build explicitly shows it. If the game gives a different requirement, follow the current in-game message because the community guide may no longer match the live patch.

Return to Fort Adams and use Sense while searching. Hold C on keyboard or press left on the console D-pad, as reported by the guide. Make sure you are using the control for the platform on which you are playing; a keyboard instruction will not translate directly to a controller.
The Manager appears, but creation is unavailable
Verify both known gates: Level 20 and Organization membership. A character who is already in an Organization must leave through the Manager’s dialogue before attempting to create another. After leaving, close and reopen the dialogue so the available options refresh.
The fee is different from what you expected
Do not rely on an amount copied from an old video, post, or guide. The documented walkthrough does not establish a fee, so the current confirmation window is the only amount you can safely use for the transaction. If you do not have enough currency for the displayed charge, cancel rather than confirming and return after meeting the requirement.
The controls do not match the guide
Menu labels and key bindings can change with updates. The guide’s controls are hold C on keyboard and left on the D-pad on console, but an on-screen prompt in your current build takes precedence. If Sense does not respond, check that your character is in the Fort Adams area and that the game recognizes the active input device.

The Level 20 change from the former Level 35 gate demonstrates that progression rules can move between updates. If your server displays a different level, location, NPC name, or form, record the current in-game wording before proceeding. The official Roblox listing confirms the experience itself, not the Organization instructions, so a discrepancy should be treated as a patch difference rather than proof that your character is permanently blocked.

The same June 2026 community guide reports several leadership and group-management rules. These details are also patch-sensitive and should be read as reported behavior, not as an official specification.
Leadership and invitations
The guide says the player who completes creation becomes the Organization leader. It also reports that only the leader can send invitations through the Organization menu. If you want friends to join, the newly created leader should open that menu and use its invitation function; ordinary members should not expect to have the same control.
Shared funds
Members are reported to be able to donate to shared Organization funds. The guide does not provide a contribution limit, withdrawal rule, audit log, or spending schedule, so agree on how your group will use shared funds before asking members to contribute.
Base building
The guide reports that base construction requires an unlocked base-building upgrade, leader access, and a non-hostile area. It also says base-building controls are unavailable on console. That means a console player may be able to create or participate in an Organization while still lacking the reported base-building controls; the guide does not say that console players lose other Organization functions.

Because the guide does not document the upgrade’s price, unlock path, building limits, or exact menu sequence, do not treat base construction as part of the creation process itself. First complete Organization creation, then inspect the current Organization menu and any upgrade requirement shown by your game.

- Creation fee: no exact amount is verified in the June 2026 guide, so inspect the final prompt.
- Patch behavior: the guide is community-maintained and already records a change from Level 35 to Level 20. Menu labels, requirements, and controls can therefore become outdated.
The official Roblox page is useful for confirming that you are playing the intended VV: ULTIMATUM experience, while the NerdsChalk page supplies the step-by-step Organization route. Neither source provides a developer-published fee schedule or a complete official Organization manual.
