Hunt her Hounds to build Murmur clues, use those clues to learn the required Requiem Mods, and test their order on your Parazon. A successful sequence sends her to a Railjack showdown in Neptune Proxima, where you can vanquish her for her Tenet weapon or convert her into a potential ally or crew member.
Check access and choose your Progenitor Warframe
Digital Extremes lists the Call of the Tempestarii quest as the access point for Sisters of Parvos. Its June 2021 announcement also names The War Within and says an active Kuva Lich must be defeated before starting the Sister encounter. Those eligibility details come from launch-era sources, so check the current quest and adversary UI if you meet an access barrier. The Warframe you use when you create a Sister is her Progenitor Warframe. It determines the bonus damage type on her weapon; Digital Extremes’ example is Ember producing Heat. Choose a frame to suit your weapon goals before you Mercy a Candidate, rather than treating this as a choice you can make later. The official Lich guide explains the Progenitor effect.
Create a Sister from a Candidate
- Start a mission on a Corpus Ship tileset. Find a Granum Crown opportunity and enter the Granum Void.
- Reach at least Rank 1 in the Granum Void. The documented trigger for a Candidate is Rank 1 or higher.
- Inspect the Candidate’s weapon. The weapon appears above her, giving you a chance to decide whether it fits your collection before committing.
- Down and Mercy her only if you want to create the Sister. The player who downs the Candidate can Mercy her; that Mercy creates the Sister. If the displayed weapon is not what you want, do not Mercy the Candidate.
Digital Extremes’ June 30, 2021 announcement states that the Candidate appears aboard a Corpus Ship after Rank 1 in the Granum Void. The Update 30.5 notes describe the weapon preview and Mercy decision.

Hunt Hounds and reveal the Requiem Mods
Your Sister influences territory and taxes some mission rewards. Hounds appear on influenced nodes; defeating and Mercying them advances Murmur progress, which reveals which Requiem Mods you need. The update notes also say Hound Mercy kills can award Requiem Relics. Digital Extremes’ Update 30.5 notes describe the Hound and Murmur flow.
Murmur clues identify the required Mods, not their order. You must determine the sequence by trying Requiem Mods on your Parazon. The required sequence is unique to each adversary; there is no universal combination to copy. A wrong attempt advances the Sister’s rank in the documented launch flow, so use the clues and keep track of what you have tried instead of guessing. Requiem Mods come from Requiem Relics. The official guide also points to Kuva Siphon and Kuva Flood missions as sources of those Relics. See Digital Extremes’ Lich system guide for the stated sources.
Reach the Neptune Proxima finale
Once you land the correct Requiem sequence, the Sister flees to a final Railjack encounter in Neptune Proxima. The June 2021 update notes specified Pilot Intrinsic 5 for this flow and said players complete the Railjack objective before entering the capital ship. Because those access details are patch-sensitive and the notes date to 2021, check the current in-game requirements before planning the mission. The Update 30.5 notes give the dated finale flow.

Choose whether to convert or vanquish

An Ephemera is conditional, not a guaranteed reward from every Sister. Digital Extremes distinguishes the weapon-focused vanquish from the support-focused conversion in its announcement and Update 30.5 notes.
