HoYoverse’s Genshin Impact character skill showcase for Yumemizuki Mizuki was posted on February 6, 2025. The later Version 5.4 announcement identified her as a five-star Anemo Catalyst user and singled out Dreamdrifter, activated by her Elemental Skill, as one of her key combat features. Here is what the official reveal and HoYoWiki character reference establish about her kit.
What are Mizuki’s abilities in Genshin Impact?
Mizuki’s kit combines Anemo attacks with a Dreamdrifter state and a Burst that supports damage and healing. Her basic attacks are the clearest starting point: the official character reference describes a Normal Attack sequence of up to three Anemo strikes, a charged attack that consumes stamina to deal AoE Anemo damage, and an Anemo plunging attack.
HoYoverse’s Version 5.4 announcement identifies Dreamdrifter as a key combat feature activated by her Elemental Skill. The skill-showcase page itself did not provide readable body text in the available record, so exact skill multipliers, cooldowns, durations, and energy costs are not stated here.
What does Dreamdrifter do?
Dreamdrifter is Mizuki’s Elemental Skill-activated state. HoYoverse’s Version 5.4 announcement calls it one of her key combat features, but the available showcase text does not establish the state’s duration or a complete description of its effects. HoYoWiki’s character reference does describe a constellation effect tied to Dreamdrifter: nearby party members’ Swirl damage can score critical hits while the state is active.

- It lists an additional 10% CRIT Rate and 20% CRIT DMG for Stellar Swirl.

What does Mizuki’s Elemental Burst add?
HoYoWiki names her Elemental Burst Anraku Secret Spring Therapy and describes it as part of a damage-and-healing kit. Its reference entry also describes Yumemi Style Special Snacks: picking one up deals damage, heals, and restores 5 Energy. During the Burst’s duration, this Energy-restoring effect can occur up to four times.

When was Mizuki’s kit revealed, and when did she become available?
HoYoverse published the character skill showcase on February 6, 2025. Its indexed result stated that Mizuki’s featured wish would follow the Version 5.4 update and that she would enter the standard wish after the event wish ended. That is the announcement’s historical availability statement, not a current banner schedule.
HoYoverse’s Version 5.4 announcement, published February 12, 2025, described Mizuki as a five-star Anemo Catalyst user joining the playable roster in Version 5.4. It also stated: “Her Dreamdrifter state, activated by her Elemental Skill, is one of her key combat features.”
