Can you still download or play Minecraft Earth?
No. Mojang’s shutdown announcement said support would end in June 2021 and that the game could not be downloaded or played after June 30. That applies regardless of country; there is no current regional availability list.

Where was Minecraft Earth available when it launched?
Availability expanded over time, so historical lists describe different points in the rollout rather than one definitive final country list.
Historical app-store policy
Minecraft’s FAQ said the game was available in countries where the Apple App Store and Google Play were available, with China, Cuba, Iran, Myanmar/Burma, Sudan, Iraq, and the UAE named as exceptions. This was the game’s historical policy; it does not indicate that Minecraft Earth remains available there or anywhere else.

November 2019 early-access snapshot
On November 12, 2019, Xbox Wire reported that early access had reached the United States. Its rollout update also said players in the UK, Australia, Canada, Iceland, Mexico, New Zealand, the Philippines, Sweden, and South Korea had already seen the game. This was a dated snapshot, not a complete list of every country that received access before shutdown.

Mojang said the game was designed around free movement and collaborative play, which had become difficult during the global situation at the time. The Minecraft team at Mojang Studios announced: “As a result, we have made the difficult decision to re-allocate our resources to other areas that provide value to the Minecraft community and to end support for Minecraft Earth in June 2021.”
