What Prestige gives you
The guide documents a Super Wheelspin for each Prestige Rank. It also reports that every player level-up earns a Wheelspin, so the standard level-up reward and Prestige reward are distinct parts of the leveling loop. The guide does not establish another Prestige-specific reward, such as a car or permanent gameplay upgrade; that should not be read as proof that no other reward exists.
These reward details come from Bishop Lister’s Pro Game Guides explanation of the Prestige system, updated November 30, 2021. The official Forza overview cited below covers campaign progression, not Prestige rewards.
How player level and Prestige work
Prestige belongs to overall player XP leveling. The guide reports a level cap of 2,999 and Prestige ranks numbered 0 through 10, with these ranges:

The guide’s ranges place level 1,000 in both Prestige 8 and Prestige 9. It does not clarify how the game treats that boundary, so the table should be read as the guide’s reported thresholds rather than a precise ruling on level 1,000.
Prestige is not campaign completion or car class
Forza’s September 28, 2021 overview of progression describes Accolades as challenges spanning activities including races, stunts, exploration, photography, and painting. Earning enough Accolades unlocks the next Horizon Adventure chapter. That campaign progression is separate from overall player XP and Prestige. A car’s Performance Index is a vehicle rating, not the player’s Prestige rank.

In practical terms, Prestige concerns your player-level progression and the Super Wheelspin reward reported by the guide; Accolades move the campaign forward, while Performance Index describes a car.
