In Hypixel SkyBlock, a shiny Necron’s Handle is described by players as a rare Master Mode Floor VII drop variant with a cosmetic distinction, not a known stat upgrade. A 2022 forum reply says it can still be used in the usual crafting process for a Scylla. The mechanics reports are community testimony, not current official item documentation.
What is different about the shiny handle?
Community replies describe the shiny property as cosmetic and mention particles. The reviewed sources do not establish a gameplay-stat benefit for the handle. That means “shiny” is best understood as an appearance distinction, not evidence that the item is more powerful.
| Comparison | Ordinary Necron’s Handle | Shiny Necron’s Handle |
|---|---|---|
| Appearance | Ordinary appearance; further details are not stated in the cited discussions. | Players describe a cosmetic distinction and particles. (Hypixel forum discussion, 2022) |
| Reported source | Not stated in the cited discussions. | Players associate it with Master Mode Floor VII. (Hypixel forum discussion, 2022) |
| Gameplay effect | No ordinary-handle stat details are stated in the cited discussions. | No stat benefit is established in the reviewed community discussions. |
Can you use it to craft a weapon?
Yes, a forum respondent says the shiny handle works in the normal crafting process for a Scylla. The discussion does not give a complete recipe or establish whether every other crafting use is unchanged, so treat this as a reported example rather than a full mechanics reference. (Hypixel forum discussion, 2022)
How rare is it?
A Hypixel forum participant, DevilishDiamond, wrote on September 22, 2022 that when a player gets a piece of Wither Armor or a handle in M7, there is a 5% chance for it to be shiny. This is a community-reported figure from 2022, not an independently verified or current official drop rate. The cited discussion does not provide a sample size or a current drop table. (Hypixel forum discussion, 2022)
