Worker Cat upgrades your wallet, so Rich Cat removes the need to level it up during that battle. The available sources do not establish a specific starting cash amount.
What Rich Cat does
Worker Cat is the in-battle mechanic for upgrading your wallet. Normally, Worker Cat begins at its lowest level; the community reference says Rich Cat makes it begin at its maximum level. In practical terms, you can skip building Worker Cat’s level during that battle. This describes a starting level, not a fixed cash bonus: no starting-money amount is established by the available sources.
The Battle Cats Wiki Battle Items reference describes this effect, and GachaData’s item catalog gives the same description. These are community and third-party references, rather than official PONOS explanations of the mechanic.
What is officially established about Rich Cat?
PONOS’s Battle Items listing includes Rich Cat among the game’s items. PONOS’s Go! Go! Pogo Cat page also records three Rich Cats as a reward for a collaboration mission. That historical reward confirms one context in which the item was given, but does not establish that the mission is currently available or explain the item’s effect.
