Guides also list three chance-based item drops: the Red Spikey Coat, the Blue Spikey Coat, and the Hellfire Torch. The exact odds for those drops are not settled. Only one guide publishes percentages, and the other pages reviewed either omit them or give figures that do not match.
Reported rewards at a glance
The table below separates the rewards that guides describe as regular from the items that appear to depend on chance. Percentages come from a single guide and should be read as that guide’s claims, not as confirmed game data.

In the game’s own terms, Beli is a currency, not real money, so it is written here as Beli rather than as a dollar figure.
Chance-based drops
Only the three items below are chance-based. Because the rates are not independently verified, plan around a drop as uncertain rather than expected.
Red Spikey Coat and Blue Spikey Coat
Both coats are listed as possible drops. Gamersberg gives a 10% rate for each, but the other references reviewed either leave out a rate or do not agree with it. Treat the coats as cosmetic or accessory rewards that the guides name, with odds that remain unconfirmed.
Hellfire Torch
The Hellfire Torch is the only drop that guides tie to a progression step. Community references say it is used alongside Ectoplasm to unlock the Ghoul race, and that a player must be level 1000 or higher to receive it. Gamersberg gives a 6% rate. No official game reference was found to confirm the progression link or the level requirement, so these should be treated as reported mechanics.
Why the odds are uncertain
The reviewed material contains no official Blox Fruits developer documentation or published drop table. Every source is a game guide or community wiki, and most are undated, so they may not reflect the current game version. The 10% and 6% figures are the only numbers that appear, and they come from one guide. If you see different percentages elsewhere, the guide that reported them is more likely to be out of date than the other, but that cannot be confirmed from the sources reviewed.
Spawn timing and damage requirement
Guides describe a spawn every three nights, with a timing figure of roughly 60–72 minutes. They also report a first-full-moon exception on at least one server. The in-game spawn alert is quoted in guides as “A shiver runs down your spine…”, but no named speaker is attributed to it.

Community references say you need to contribute at least 10% of the boss’s damage to receive drops. This requirement was not confirmed by an official source.

The Cursed Captain uses Midnight Blade-style abilities, which leads some players to expect the sword as a reward. Guides state that he does not drop it. They name El Admin as the source of the Midnight Blade instead.
Because the reported drops and rates come from undated guides and community pages, check a current guide or the in-game boss information before planning around a specific item.
