Yes. Scyther also has an alternate evolution, Kleavor, in the Hisui setting. The official Pokémon Legends: Arceus Kleavor page says special minerals found in Hisui cause Scyther to evolve into Kleavor. Kleavor is an alternate branch; Scizor remains the answer when asking what evolves into Scizor.
