If you don’t claim your Clash of Clans Clan Games rewards, they disappear after seven days from the end of the event. Supercell does not specify the exact expiration time, so collect them well before the seventh day is over.
How long do Clan Games rewards stay available?
Supercell Support says Clan Games rewards are kept for seven days after the event ends; any rewards still uncollected after that disappear. The support page does not state a precise time of day for the cutoff, so don’t wait until the last moment. Supercell’s Clan Games Rewards support page is the place to check for the current rule.
Who is eligible to claim rewards?
You must complete at least one Clan Games challenge to qualify for rewards. If you reach your personal point maximum, you can also select one extra reward from the reward list. Supercell’s About Clan Games guide covers the eligibility rules.
How the extra reward works
According to Supercell’s Clan Games FAQ, fill your score to the personal maximum, select and collect one reward from each tier, then choose one more reward from any tier.

What happens if you changed Clans or were kicked?
Changing Clans before Clan Games end does not by itself remove rewards you earned: if you completed at least one challenge, you can receive rewards from the Clan where you played even if you are in a different Clan when the event ends. Supercell also says that if you are kicked, your points still count and you remain eligible for that Clan’s rewards. Supercell’s Clan Games guidance describes these cases.
There is one separate Clan-related issue: Supercell lists the Clan no longer existing because everyone left as a possible reason rewards disappeared. Check the rewards support guidance if the Clan itself is gone.

Where do the rewards go?
- Gold, Elixir, and Dark Elixir: added to your Treasury.
- Magic Items: added to your Town Hall, subject to available room.
- Gems: added directly to your Gem count when collected from the rewards view.
If there is no room for a Magic Item, the rewards view lets you choose its sell price in Gems instead. That is an option presented when collecting; Supercell does not say that unclaimed rewards automatically turn into Gems after seven days. Treasury space for resources and Town Hall capacity for Magic Items are separate from the seven-day claim deadline. See Supercell’s rewards guidance.

What to check if your rewards are missing
- Check the event end date. Open the Clan Games rewards view and see whether the event ended less than seven days ago. If it has been longer, the uncollected rewards have expired.
- Confirm you completed a challenge. You need at least one completed challenge to qualify.
- Check which Clan you played with. If you changed Clans or were kicked, look for rewards earned with the Clan where you completed a challenge. If that Clan no longer exists because everyone left, Supercell lists that as a possible reason rewards disappeared.
- Check storage capacity. Make sure there is room in your Treasury for resources and room at your Town Hall for Magic Items. If a Magic Item won’t fit, look for the sell-for-Gems option in the rewards view.
- Collect from the rewards view. Claim the available rewards there before the seven-day window closes.
