What cancellation changes—and when
Humble’s Terms of Service, shown as last updated October 2, 2026, say cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and that VIP access continues through that point. Those terms refer specifically to Humble VIP, so they do not by themselves establish the rules for every Humble Choice game entitlement. Check the terms displayed for your Choice subscription and the platform through which you are billed.

In practical terms, cancellation should be treated as stopping the next renewal, not necessarily as cutting off access on the day you cancel. A secondary guide also says membership benefits continue through the paid period, but it does not establish the exact list of Choice perks or a specific key-retention policy.

What happens to games and keys?
The answer depends on what you mean by “have” a game. Claimed games, keys that are revealed but not redeemed, and keys that have not been revealed are different states. The available sources do not verify Humble Choice’s current official post-cancellation policy for each of them.

Games already claimed
A third-party cancellation guide reports that games already claimed remain in the user’s account. That is the generally reported outcome, not a verified official guarantee covering every account or key state. Keep a record of the games shown in your library.
Revealed but unredeemed keys
Whether a revealed key remains accessible after the membership period ends is not established here. If you have a key waiting to be redeemed, check its status and redeem it before the paid period expires if you want to avoid uncertainty.

Unrevealed or otherwise unclaimed games
The available sources do not settle whether an unclaimed or unrevealed Choice game can still be claimed after the membership ends. Review your Humble account before the end of the current period and claim or reveal anything you intend to keep.

- Open your Humble account and review the current Choice page and your library for games that are claimed, revealed, or still unclaimed.
- Redeem any available keys you intend to use, and save the details of keys you have already revealed.
- Check the cancellation and billing information shown for your subscription, including whether you are billed directly or through another platform.
- If an important key’s status is unclear, contact Humble Support before the current billing period ends and ask whether it will remain available after cancellation.
Will you get a partial refund?
The surfaced VIP terms say partial billing periods are not prorated. This is not enough to establish the refund rule for every Humble Choice subscription, billing platform, or region. Check the terms that apply to your subscription rather than assuming cancellation will produce a refund for unused time.
