Crystal Dimitrescu is a treasure you get for defeating Lady Dimitrescu in Resident Evil Village. Its practical use is to sell it to the Duke for 25,000 Lei; the item references do not list a puzzle, crafting, or progression use.
What does Crystal Dimitrescu do?
It is a valuable boss-drop treasure, not an item used to unlock a route or craft equipment. Game8 reproduces its in-game description as “Dimitrescu’s crystallized remains. Elegant yet horrifying. (Very Valuable)” and classifies it as treasure: Game8’s item guide.

How do you get Crystal Dimitrescu?
Defeat Lady Dimitrescu. Evil Resource specifies that it is acquired automatically after the Mutated Dimitrescu boss encounter: Evil Resource’s item entry.
Should you sell it or keep it?
Sell it to the Duke. The item guides list its sale value as 25,000 Lei, and a walkthrough also directs players to sell it: Evil Resource and IGN’s walkthrough. The available item references identify it as saleable treasure, not a key item or crafting material.

How is it different from other crystal items?
Crystal Dimitrescu is a specific item name. It is not the same item as Crystal Torso, dropped by the Dimitrescu daughters, or Crystal Fragment, which is a separate treasure. Their acquisition and values should not be attributed to Crystal Dimitrescu.
