Roblox’s official documents list (888) 858-BLOX (numeric equivalent: (888) 858-2569). The clearest stated purpose is U.S. privacy questions and data-rights requests. For ordinary account, billing, moderation, and technical problems, Roblox directs players to its online Support form, not to a guaranteed general-purpose telephone hotline.
The official Roblox phone number—and what it does not promise
Roblox publishes (888) 858-BLOX, or (888) 858-2569, in its U.S. State Privacy Policy Addendum and lists the same number in its Terms of Use. The privacy document associates it with questions and requests about personal information and U.S. state privacy rights. Roblox’s privacy policy is marked effective April 30, 2026, while the State Privacy Policy Addendum is marked effective June 30, 2026.
That publication does not establish 24/7 hours, live-agent availability, language coverage, or a promise that a call will resolve a hacked account, missing Robux, refund, moderation decision, or technical bug. Roblox’s dedicated Contact Us guidance sends normal account and billing questions to the web form. Treat the number as an official legal/privacy contact, not as a shortcut around the support workflow.
Use the official Roblox Support form for most problems
Start at https://www.roblox.com/support. Roblox also provides the direct ticket page at https://en.help.roblox.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. The interface can change; at present it may ask for date-of-birth information before continuing and may offer a login option.

| Problem | Recommended route | Key qualification |
|---|---|---|
| Forgotten password | Roblox password-reset flow; use Support if it fails | Ownership information may be required. |
| Hacked account | Secure the device, reset the password, enable 2-Step Verification, then use Support | Original account or billing details can help verification; recovery is not guaranteed. |

What to put in a support ticket
- Your Roblox username and, if different, your display name.
- The account email address, if one was attached.
- Device, operating system, and app or browser used.
- Where a purchase occurred: Roblox’s website, Apple, Google Play, Xbox/Microsoft, PlayStation, Amazon, Samsung, Meta Quest, or another storefront.
- Approximate date, time, and time zone of the incident.
- The exact error message and a short chronological timeline.
- Transaction dates, amounts, payment type, and appropriate transaction identifiers for billing cases.
- Screenshots with passwords, full card numbers, CVV codes, and one-time authentication codes redacted.
Never send a password, 2-Step Verification code, full card number, CVV, or authentication code in a ticket. Roblox’s form may request evidence, but legitimate support does not need your secret login credentials.

How to avoid fake Roblox support numbers
Search results, videos, comments, and social posts often display numbers that are not Roblox contacts. Use only pages on roblox.com or en.help.roblox.com, and navigate there yourself rather than trusting a sponsored listing or unsolicited message.
- Do not trust a “support agent” asking for your password or 2-Step Verification code.
- Do not install remote-access software at someone else’s request.
- Do not pay a recovery fee or send gift cards, Robux, cryptocurrency, or cash.
- Be suspicious of promises to restore items or remove a ban instantly.
- Check the domain carefully for misspellings or look-alike characters.
The published phone number is legitimate in Roblox’s legal materials, but the ordinary support instructions still point account and billing cases to the form.
When the form fails or you cannot log in
You do not necessarily need account access to submit a support request. If the form will not load:

Can I call Roblox to recover a hacked account?
Do not assume a call will bypass account recovery. Secure the device, reset the password, enable 2-Step Verification, and submit the hacked-account case through Roblox Support.
Can I contact Roblox without logging in?
The support form can be used without relying on an active account session. Provide the username and ownership details you still have.
Should I contact my bank before Roblox about an unauthorized charge?
For card, PayPal, and Google Play charges, Roblox instructs users to contact Support before disputing the charge because a dispute may prevent a direct Roblox refund. Storefront purchases generally go to the store that processed them.
