For the Autumn 2026 stop in Skövde, Sweden, registration and matches are over. Its event page directed players to the official ROG Journey Discord for schedule updates, but did not confirm a live-streaming platform.
What is ROG Journey?
ROG Journey is a Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) tournament series. Its format, qualification route and event details can change from one stop to another, so rules published for one event should not be treated as series-wide rules.
The latest event-specific example in the available official information is ROG Journey Autumn 2026, scheduled for October 2–3 at Billingehus Spa Hotel in Skövde, Sweden. The event page said teams and players could access facilities through the morning of October 4. Those dates have passed.
How did qualification work for Autumn 2026?
The Autumn event page described the event as open for anyone, with registration from July 6 at 12:00 CEST until September 30 at 12:00 CEST. That registration window has closed. The page listed no direct VRS invites, no wildcard invites and no open qualifier.

What was the Autumn 2026 format?
Round-robin groups
The event page outlined a best-of-one (BO1) round-robin group stage. Its example for 24 teams was four groups of six, giving each team five matches. The organizer said group sizes and match counts would be adjusted to the final number of teams, so the 24-team illustration was conditional rather than an immutable field size.

Knockout stage and playoffs
Each group winner advanced directly to the quarterfinals. Teams finishing second or third in their groups entered a best-of-three (BO3) knockout stage. The playoffs were single-elimination BO3: lose a match and the team is out.
Why do Summer 2026 rules look different?
ROG Journey Summer 2026 at Glitched used a different structure, illustrating why each stop needs to be checked separately. Glitched described a 32-team event: 30 places were available through first-come registration and two through an open BYOC (bring-your-own-computer) qualifier in Jönköping. The announced format put the eight highest-ranked teams directly into a double-elimination BO3 playoff; the remaining 24 played BO1 groups, with the top eight advancing.

Glitched identified Summer as a VRS Tier 2 tournament with a SEK 200,000 prize pool. That figure belongs to the Summer 2026 event and should not be assumed to apply to Autumn or another stop. Likewise, Summer’s BYOC route and double-elimination bracket were not Autumn rules.
