Its FAQ says that estimate includes check-in, putting on equipment, the tutorial, removing equipment and watching the personalized video—not just time spent playing. How many people can play?
Netflix House Philadelphia lists a maximum of six participants per game and recommends at least two for the best experience. Smaller groups may be paired with other visitors. These are Philadelphia venue policies, so confirm group size and pairing arrangements with another location before you go.
