Early game: sell OG Kush yourself
The beginner guide recommends collecting Uncle Nelson’s dead drops, buying the motel room, growing OG Kush, and handling customer sales personally. In data it says was checked against build v0.4.6f12 on August 11, 2026, the guide lists the motel room at $75 and an unmixed OG Kush sale at $39. Early on, direct selling does two jobs: it brings in the sale proceeds and earns the higher XP figure reported by the guide. That makes it a sensible default while you are still unlocking progression and can serve customers without interrupting production too much.
When dealers are worth the cut
Dealers exchange some earnings and XP for convenience and customer coverage. The dealer guide says they keep 20% of sales and earn 10 XP per dealer transaction, versus 20 XP for a direct sale. A practical split is to retain high-value or convenient customers for direct sales, especially when the XP and full proceeds justify the time. Delegate routine or distant customers when personally serving them would slow production or limit how many customers you can reach.
Scale production and improve product value
As you unlock equipment and employee capacity, treat money-making as a cycle: produce, mix, distribute, then expand. Mixing can change product properties and sale prices, while more advanced recipes depend on progression and equipment. Recipe costs, customer preferences, and access to ingredients all affect whether a particular mix is worthwhile.

That is the guide’s recommendation, not proof that one product is universally best: the best choice depends on what your save has unlocked, ingredient costs, customer demand, and the current patch. Keep earning separate from depositing and laundering
Cash from sales is not necessarily cash you can immediately deposit or use through a business. Schedule1.io’s Money Guide, accessed October 3, 2026, reports a $10,000 weekly ATM deposit limit per player and a 24-hour business laundering process, during which the money is unavailable. That page does not state a checked game build, so verify the figures in your current save before planning around them.
