Evangelist Cat appears to be the cheapest Uber Rare Cat by deployment cost in the available comparisons. Its listed cost is 333¢ in Chapter 1, 499¢ in Chapter 2, and 666¢ in Chapter 3. That is a likely answer, not a confirmed record across every obtainable Uber Rare Cat: a complete, current roster comparison is not established.

Why the answer is not definitive
The available figures make Evangelist Cat a strong candidate, but they do not prove it is the cheapest Uber Rare Cat in every comparison. The Uber Rare Cats category page describes the capsule category and its context; it does not rank units by deployment cost. No complete, current roster with comparable costs was established.

A fair comparison also needs to hold the relevant conditions constant:
- Chapter: Evangelist Cat’s listed cost rises from 333¢ in Chapter 1 to 666¢ in Chapter 3.
- Form: Costs can differ between a unit’s Normal, Evolved, and True Forms. For example, the Urashima Taro page lists costs separately by form.
- Cost type: Compare base deployment costs on the same basis, not figures altered by in-stage effects.
- Availability: Include only units obtainable in the version and region being considered.
Accordingly, Evangelist Cat is the best-supported answer from the figures available, but it should not be called the universal cheapest without a full roster check under consistent chapter and form assumptions.

- THE CLASSIC GETS THE ALLPLAY TREATMENT - Bid to exchange currencies with the market or your opponents' bids. You'll have to collect sets, make trades, and react to a changing economy to win big!
- THE MARKET CHANGES IN A FLASH - To win, you can’t stick to a plan. Pivot, find undervalued cards, and strike when the market is hot!
- CONSIDER YOUR BID'S VALUE - If you want the market’s cards, you might think you have to bid big. However, be careful of giving your opponents something too good!
- PICK YOUR BATTLES - Try to notice what your opponents are going for. It's likely that they can't have a strong position in all of the currencies; bid accordingly.
- SOMETIMES, BIDDING LOWEST IS BEST - If you have a good hand halfway through the game, it may be good to bid low amounts to maintain your position. You might get lucky as your opponents spend more!

- If playing on a console platform (PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, Nintendo Switch or Mobile) you need to link your Epic Games account to that gaming platform (one time) to redeem your gift card code
