The cheat that cancels a pregnancy in The Sims 4 is sims.remove_all_buffs pregnancy_in labor. Electronic Arts lists it in its official pregnancy guide, and you enter it in the cheat dialog after turning on cheats.
The cancellation command
Electronic Arts’ official pregnancy guide, The Sims 4 Pregnancy Guide: Twins, Science Babies and Cheats, gives this instruction: enter sims.remove_all_buffs pregnancy_in labor into the cheat dialog box and press Enter. The guide prints a space between pregnancy_in and labor. Type it exactly as shown, because that is the form EA publishes.
How to enter it
- Start a save in which the Sim is pregnant.
- Press Control + Shift + C to open the cheat dialog.
- Type
testingcheats trueand press Enter. This turns cheats on for the session. - Type
sims.remove_all_buffs pregnancy_in laborand press Enter.
The guide describes these steps for the keyboard shortcut only. It does not document console-specific input, so if you play on a console or another platform, check that platform’s own cheat-entry method before relying on these keystrokes.

The same guide lists several other pregnancy commands. They do different things, and none of them cancels a pregnancy.

If you want to end a pregnancy, use only the first command. Adding a trimester or labor buff moves the pregnancy forward rather than removing it.
Context on pregnancy length
EA’s guide says a pregnancy lasts about three days in the game. That figure is an in-game approximation from the same page, and it has no bearing on how the cancellation command works.
