Where the reward comes from
God Bless This Mess is tied to Sebastian Ibarra, also known as Padre. The job unlocks only after you finish his gigs in Heywood, according to the community-maintained quest reference for the game. A third-party fixer-reward guide published on January 18, 2024 describes the same chain and places Seraph in the stash after the job.

How to get Seraph
- Complete Padre’s Heywood gigs. The quest reference lists these as prerequisites for the final side job.
- Trigger and finish God Bless This Mess. Wait for or receive the follow-up that starts the side job, then complete it.
- Open V’s stash. Visit a V apartment where you have stash access and claim Seraph from the stash. Both sources describe the reward as stash-based rather than a direct handover from Padre.
What Seraph does
Seraph is classed as an Iconic Liberty pistol. The third-party guide says it sets enemies on fire and that its bullets deal increased damage to enemies who are already burning. Those are guide-reported effects. Exact damage values, scaling and the way the effect behaves in combat are not stated in the sources, so treat the numbers as unconfirmed.
