Mythical is the rarest listed Aura color tier in Blox Fruits. If you mean one specific named color, though, the available information does not establish which Mythical color is the rarest. Players often call Aura “Haki,” but the color options are skins for the Aura ability.
What “Haki color” means in Blox Fruits
Blox Fruits calls the ability Aura; it was formerly called Enhancement. Players commonly use “Haki” to refer to Aura and its colors. Aura is a gameplay ability with progression stages, while its colors are skins that change its appearance. Aura reference
Why Mythical is the rarest listed tier
The Blox Fruits Wiki’s Aura/Skins reference groups colors into Rare, Legendary, and Mythical tiers. It identifies five Mythical colors and describes them as quest-specific, rather than colors available from Barista. That makes Mythical the highest and rarest listed tier in that reference. The exact roster can change, so check the current in-game options. Aura/Skins reference
The reference does not compare odds, quest difficulty, or acquisition rates among Mythical colors. It therefore does not support naming one of them as definitively rarer than the others.

What the colors change—and what they do not
Aura colors are mostly cosmetic. Some colors affect weapon-glow visuals and selected fruit attacks, but the references do not establish that Mythical colors grant a gameplay advantage over other colors. Skins reference
