It is a character contact—not a universal cheat code that automatically gives Franklin a girlfriend. Community guides connect Liz to a special Downtown Cab Co. fare.
Who does 611-555-0126 belong to?
Community-maintained phone-number references list 611-555-0126 for Elisa Macallen, also known as Liz. The number is associated with an in-game character contact; it is not described in these sources as a general code that creates a girlfriend. See the GTA Wiki phone-number reference and the Steam Community phone-number list.

How Franklin encounters Liz
A Steam Community guide says Liz becomes available after Franklin buys Downtown Cab Co. and completes a special fare involving her. In that account, Liz gives Franklin her number after the encounter. This is a community guide description, not a mechanic confirmed on Rockstar’s official GTA V page.
Some secondary pages say players can dial the number manually without completing the encounter, but that claim conflicts with guides tying Liz’s availability to the fare. The available sources do not establish that dialing alone reliably unlocks her. If the number does not produce the expected interaction, follow the in-game Downtown Cab Co. encounter rather than treating the digits as a guaranteed unlock.

Liz, Ursula, and the Vanilla Unicorn are different paths
GTA V has several character-specific phone or relationship interactions. Calling all of them “secret girlfriends” can blur important differences in how they are encountered.
| Character or interaction | Number listed | Path described by community guides |
|---|---|---|
| Elisa “Liz” Macallen | 611-555-0126 | Franklin’s Downtown Cab Co. special taxi fare; the guide says she gives him her number after the encounter. |
| Ursula | 328-555-0103 | A separate random-event path. The cited guide notes that the outcome can differ for Trevor. |
| Vanilla Unicorn dancers | No single number identified in the cited guide | A distinct club interaction involving a like-meter, rather than Liz’s taxi-fare encounter. |
These details come from community guides, including the Steam guide to Vanilla Unicorn dancers and booty-call contacts; they should not be read as Rockstar-confirmed instructions.

Can you unlock a girlfriend just by dialing a number?
For Liz, the safest answer is not reliably established. The number is widely listed as hers, but sources disagree about whether dialing it before meeting her makes her available. The evidence supports treating it as Liz’s contact number and the Downtown Cab Co. special fare as the documented encounter path in community guides—not as a guaranteed cheat.
