The “Skibidi Toilet boss” is a player nickname for a surreal Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 campaign encounter in which Mike Harper appears as a giant. Viewers made the comparison because his upper body rises into view from below, recalling the heads emerging from toilets in the Skibidi Toilet internet series. The cited coverage does not establish that the game shows a toilet or that Treyarch intended a meme reference.
What happens in the encounter?
In a campaign sequence, a painful revelation leads into a distorted vision or hallucination involving Harper. He appears as a towering boss, with only his upper portion visible above the lower area of the scene. That framing is the basis for the nickname. Insider Gaming describes the encounter in spoiler-light terms; All Things How provides more context, including a shared hallucination associated with psychotropic technology.
The available accounts do not provide enough authoritative story detail to reconstruct every event behind the vision. The essential point is that this is a campaign boss scene tied to a surreal story moment, not an established separate Skibidi Toilet mode or crossover.
Why do players call it the Skibidi Toilet boss?
Skibidi Toilet is a separate internet series credited to YouTuber DaFuq!?Boom!, known for Source Filmmaker videos featuring heads emerging from toilets. Harper’s oversized upper body rising from below the scene reminded viewers of that visual. The nickname describes the resemblance; it does not mean that the encounter literally features a toilet.

Is the meme reference intentional?
That has not been confirmed in the cited coverage. The resemblance may be deliberate or coincidental, but there is no reported developer statement establishing Treyarch’s intent. It is accurate to call this a player comparison, not a confirmed Easter egg or official reference.
What is known—and what is not

- Why the nickname stuck: his upper body appears to rise from below, resembling the meme’s toilet-emerging heads.
