In Blox Fruits, the best-supported level for a standard race V3 upgrade is level 1000. Level alone is not enough: you also need your race at V2, Don Swan defeated with his room unlocked, and 2,000,000 Beli before Arowe will start your race-specific quest. This article assumes the game is Blox Fruits, the Roblox game where race upgrades are labelled V2, V3 and so on.
The prerequisites, in order
The Blox Fruits Wiki Races page, last updated September 24, 2026, lists these conditions before you speak to Arowe:
- Race at V2. Your race must already have its V2 upgrade.
- Level 1000. This is the listed level threshold for standard race V3.
- Don Swan defeated and his room unlocked. Boss progression has to be complete before the quest opens.
- 2,000,000 Beli. The wiki lists this amount as needed before you speak to Arowe.
Only after all four are met does Arowe hand out the quest that actually upgrades your race. Because these figures come from community-edited wiki pages rather than official developer documentation, read them as the best-supported current requirements, not a guarantee. Game updates can change them.
What Arowe asks for, by race
Arowe’s task depends on which race you have. The Arowe wiki page, updated September 27, 2026, places him in the Second Sea and describes him as the upgrade NPC for every race except Draco. The race-specific objectives are:

| Race | Arowe’s task |
|---|---|
| Human | Defeat the named bosses listed on the wiki page |
| Rabbit | Collect chests |
| Shark | Defeat a naturally spawning Sea Beast |
| Angel | Defeat another player who is an Angel |
| Ghoul | Defeat players |
| Cyborg | Show Arowe a physical fruit |
| Draco | Not applicable; see the Draco section below |
Wording and boss lists can shift between updates, so read Arowe’s dialogue in-game before you start the task.
Draco is a separate route
Draco does not use Arowe. According to the Races page, its V3 progression runs through the Dragon Wizard instead. If you play Draco, follow the Dragon Wizard’s dialogue rather than the steps above.

Why some guides say level 2400
You may find a 2026 guide from Position Is Everything that states “Most players need to be Level 2400+” and ties V3 to Third Sea access. That claim does not match the current wiki, which lists level 1000 and places Arowe in the Second Sea. The 2400 figure is best treated as an error or an unsupported claim.
A CyberPost guide also gives level 1000, which agrees with the wiki, but it contains other details that conflict with the current wiki. It is a useful cross-check on the level figure, not a reliable source on the rest of the requirements.
