What time did the standard edition unlock?

What does the 2 p.m. ET time refer to?
Raccoon Logic’s official launch-trailer description says the Cosmic Hoarder Edition early-access period began on May 5 and refers to early access being available from 2 p.m. ET. Which platforms had the game?
The official listings confirm a Steam version for PC and PS4 and PS5 versions on the PlayStation Store. Xbox Wire’s May 5, 2025 coverage said Xbox Game Pass members would receive the Standard Edition on May 8. These listings establish digital platform availability; they do not, by themselves, establish a physical disc edition or an Amazon listing.
