If an ARC Raiders quest objective does not register, first confirm the right quest and step are active, then repeat the exact condition and check the quest tracker. If progress still does not change, restart and update the game, check the official notes for that specific quest, and contact support if it remains blocked. Some quest bugs have been fixed in patches, but no single workaround applies to every objective.
Check the active quest and the full objective condition
Open the quest menu and make sure the quest you intend to progress is active. Read the complete step, including any named location, required item or interaction, and wording such as “in one round.” A similar-looking action may not meet a specific objective’s condition.

Repeat the exact action with the required target or item. For an interactable, remain at its prompt until the interaction finishes. Then check the map or quest tracker to see whether the progress value changed. A persistent marker in the world can be confusing; use the tracked progress value rather than the marker alone to decide whether the game counted the action.
Finish the raid only when the objective requires it
If you have met the condition but the tracker has not updated, complete or extract from the raid only if the objective’s wording requires that. There is no universal rule that every quest action must be followed by extraction, so do not add that condition to a quest that does not specify it.

Restart, update, and check notes for that quest
- Return to the lobby and restart the game client.
- Make sure the latest game update is installed. Embark’s update notices have asked players to restart the client to download updates; after an update is available, restart before testing the objective again.
- Search the latest official release notes for the quest name or objective. A fix for one quest or objective type does not establish that a different one is fixed.
Official updates document several distinct progression defects. Patch 1.2.0, dated November 13, 2025, says Embark fixed an issue that prevented quests with multiple objectives or item collections within one round from completing, and changed the Spaceport objective for Greasing Her Palm so more thrusters complete it. A Hotfix 1.7.2 notice describes a fix for missing quest-item spawns that blocked Unexpected Initiative. Update 1.26.0 lists a fix for Seeker Grenade eliminations not counting toward Safe Passage, while Live Update 1.33.0 lists a fix for rare cases where objectives activated out of order and made later steps appear early. These are historical examples, not confirmation that a named issue is still active or that a particular current problem has been resolved. If the exact condition is met and the tracker remains unchanged after restarting and updating, use the official ARC Raiders Help Center. Its ticket route includes a “Game progression” category, and the Help Center indicates that you need to log in for help. Explain the problem in the ticket and include useful details:
- Quest name and exact objective text.
- Platform and the date and time of the attempt.
- Map or raid, what you did, and the tracker value before and after.
- A screenshot or clip, if available.
This information is practical reporting advice, not a published mandatory checklist. A player has reported that support completed bugged quests on their account, but that is one anecdote—not a stated support policy or guaranteed outcome. Teaming with another player has also appeared as a community suggestion; treat it as an experiment, not a verified general fix.
