The best Battlefield 6 preorder offer reported before launch was the Xbox Phantom Edition at Loaded (formerly CDKeys) for $89.99, down from its stated $99.99 price. Windows Central reported the offer on October 8, 2025; it was a historical deal, not a price available to preorder at today.
What was the deal?
Windows Central identified Loaded’s Xbox Phantom Edition as its best—and only—prelaunch discount found: $89.99 instead of $99.99, a $10 saving, or 10% off the stated Phantom Edition price. The deal was specific to Xbox; the article linked Amazon options for PC and PS5 separately, and did not report the Loaded price for those platforms. Windows Central’s October 8, 2025 deal report also disclosed that it could earn affiliate commission from purchases through its links.

How did it compare with Standard Edition?
Windows Central listed Standard Edition at $69.99, making the discounted Xbox Phantom Edition $20 more. The $89.99 offer reduced Phantom Edition’s price, but did not make it the least expensive way to buy the game. EA later stated launch prices of $69.99 for Standard and $99.99 for Phantom, while noting retailer offers could vary or change. EA’s buy page corroborates those launch price points, not Loaded’s individual offer.
| Edition or offer | Reported price | What the comparison means |
|---|---|---|
| Xbox Phantom Edition at Loaded | $89.99 on October 8, 2025; reported by Windows Central | $10 below the stated $99.99 Phantom price |
| Phantom Edition reference price | $99.99; reported by Windows Central, with EA later listing the same launch price | Reference for calculating the reported $10 discount |
| Standard Edition | $69.99; reported by Windows Central, with EA later listing the same launch price | $20 less than the discounted Phantom offer |
What did Phantom Edition add?
EA describes Phantom Edition as including Battlefield 6, four Phantom Squad soldier skins, a Battlefield Pro token with a Battle Pass token and 25 tier skips, two weapon packages, and vehicle and weapon cosmetics. Phantom Edition content requires a single-use code; EA’s product terms also set out account, internet, and platform requirements. Check EA’s edition and product terms for applicable requirements.

Was the preorder bonus exclusive to Phantom?
No. EA’s prelaunch announcement said both Standard and Phantom preorders included the Tombstone Pack, which contained a soldier skin and an XP boost set. That shared preorder bonus was distinct from Phantom Edition’s additional cosmetics and progression items. EA’s preorder announcement gave October 9, 2025 as the offer’s end date.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. Why this is a historical deal
The offer preceded Battlefield 6’s October 10, 2025 launch. EA listed the global launch time as 8 a.m. PT, and its buy page gave October 10, 2025, 3 p.m. UTC. Since the preorder offer ended the day before launch, the $89.99 price should not be treated as a current preorder option.
