Kai Cenat arrived in Fortnite on September 12, 2025. Epic Games announced an Item Shop launch at 8 PM ET (5 PM PT). That release date has passed. Epic’s announcement did not confirm the V-Bucks prices; the 1,500-V-Bucks Outfit and 2,200-V-Bucks bundle figures reported before launch were estimates, not official prices.
Release date and launch time
Epic announced on September 10, 2025, that Kai Cenat would join Fortnite’s Icon Series on September 12, with his Outfits entering the Shop at 8 PM ET. Epic’s announcement put the launch time at 5 PM PT as well. Its wording was: “Prepare for launch! Kai Cenat arrives in Fortnite on September 12.” Epic Games’ announcement
Because the launch was in 2025, this is a past release date rather than an upcoming arrival. The announcement confirms when the items were scheduled to enter the Shop; it does not establish their current availability.
What was included in the release?
Epic described two Outfit variants, their accessories, and a bundle. Both Outfits have LEGO Styles. Items were offered individually or as part of the Kai Cenat Bundle, which also includes the AMP Wrap. Epic’s item details

The Air Jordan Kicks are an in-game cosmetic described as part of the Outfit, not a claim about a physical shoe release. Likewise, the Mercedes-AMG listing concerns virtual Fortnite items.
How much did the Kai Cenat Fortnite skins cost?
Epic’s reviewed announcement confirmed the release, Shop time, cosmetic contents, and individual or bundle availability, but did not state final V-Bucks prices. A September 2, 2025, Insider Gaming report gave pre-release estimates of 1,500 V-Bucks for an Outfit and 2,200 V-Bucks for a bundle. Those numbers should not be treated as prices confirmed by Epic. The available announcement does not establish the final launch prices.

Epic said the regional time window was shown in Fortnite’s Compete tab on mobile. Tournament details from Epic
The tournament date has passed. The announcement described a competitive unlock opportunity at launch, not a continuing way to claim the items.
