Any date circulating elsewhere should be treated as unconfirmed unless Epic publishes it.
Has Epic confirmed Hank Hill for Fortnite?
No official Hank Hill announcement or release date appears in the Fortnite News feed reviewed on October 8, 2026. The page’s featured story was “The Corruption Spreads in Fortnitemares 2026,” dated October 1; a recent article was “Journey Across Worlds with KINGDOM HEARTS in Fortnite,” dated September 17. Neither announces Hank Hill.
Epic’s v42.30 release notes, dated October 1, 2026, identify the Witch Broom, Slap Candy Corn, and Easy Ride Pumpkin Launcher as named new content. They do not identify Hank Hill.
Could the character still arrive later?
The absence of an announcement in those official materials establishes only that no date was confirmed there as of October 8, 2026. It does not show that Epic will never announce Hank Hill, or rule out a later announcement. Treat leaks, social posts, and fan speculation as unconfirmed until Epic publishes an announcement or update.
