Reading the listed time
The guide’s 3:00 PM Pacific and 6:00 PM Eastern times are three hours apart, which is the correct relationship between those two zones. The abbreviations are a different matter. PST and EST are winter labels. U.S. daylight saving time began on March 8, 2026, so on March 24 the Pacific zone was on PDT and the Eastern zone was on EDT. The three-hour gap holds; the labels are the source’s wording rather than precise zone names.
