Supplies become stock—you sell the stock
“Bunker supplies” is common shorthand, but supplies are inputs, not what you sell. Rockstar explains that supplies purchased or collected in Supply Missions are converted into stock through manufacturing, or used to unlock upgrades through research. You sell the resulting stock through the bunker’s management system. Rockstar’s Gunrunning Research guide, last updated April 6, 2024, describes this process.

Why 25 units is the practical solo threshold
GTA Boss’s bunker sale guide, accessed October 8, 2026, reports that selling 25 units or fewer guarantees one delivery vehicle for a fully upgraded bunker. It gives a base nearby-sale value of GTA$175,000 at 25 units. These are guide-reported figures, not independently verified gameplay results.
One vehicle makes the sale more predictable: you can focus on a single delivery rather than splitting time across vehicles. If you want to minimize solo workload and uncertainty, sell when your stock reaches 25 units or less.

What changes when you wait for more stock
A larger stockpile can mean a larger sale, but it can also generate multiple delivery vehicles. GTA Boss reports that a full 100-unit bunker can spawn up to three vehicles. Some full-stock missions may be completable solo, but the guide cautions that doing so is not reliable. A full bunker is therefore not impossible to sell alone; it is simply a less predictable choice.
- Prioritize a manageable delivery: sell at 25 units or fewer.
- Accept more workload for a larger sale: wait longer, understanding that vehicle count and mission difficulty can vary.
Choose a session based on risk tolerance
Rockstar’s 2022 Criminal Enterprises update made business activities, including sell missions, available in private sessions. An invite-only session lets you make a bunker sale without rival players interfering. Public sessions offer a high-demand bonus for sell missions with rival players present, but also expose the delivery to that interference. Rockstar’s update notes do not specify a bonus percentage, so treat any precise figure found elsewhere as a separate community or guide claim rather than an official rate. Pick the destination: payout versus drive
For a fully upgraded bunker, GTA Boss reports these destination values and trade-offs:

These figures are guide-reported values for a fully upgraded bunker, not a guarantee for every sale mission. The mission and route you receive still matter. If your priority is the higher reported payout and you can handle the longer delivery, choose Los Santos; if you prefer a shorter route, Blaine County is the lower-value option in the guide.

A simple solo selling routine
- Use the bunker management system to monitor stock produced from your supplies.
- For a more predictable solo delivery, start a sale at 25 units or fewer.
- Choose an invite-only session to avoid rival-player interference, or a public session if you are willing to take that risk for the high-demand bonus.
- Choose a destination with the route and payout trade-off in mind; the reported Los Santos premium comes with a longer drive.
Weekly event bonuses can change. Check Rockstar’s current event information before relying on a live multiplier.
