To find Archie in the Cosmodrome, follow the paw-print clues from the Skywatch loot cave through the Terrestrial Complex and the Grottos, then free him at Dock 13. The route starts with glowing paw prints in the Tower Annex and ends by returning to Ada-1. This walkthrough follows the steps documented in 2024 guides; whether this specific quest can still be launched in the 2026 game build is unconfirmed.
Start the quest in the Tower Annex
Go to the spot in the Tower Annex where Archie normally sits and investigate the glowing paw prints. Speak to Ada-1 to begin “Where in the Cosmodrome is Archie?”

Follow the Cosmodrome clues
Ask Shaw Han at The Steppes
Choose the Cosmodrome destination and land at The Steppes. Shaw Han is near the landing zone; speak to him to receive the first clue, which points toward a cave full of loot near Skywatch.
Investigate the Skywatch loot cave
Travel to Skywatch and find the paw prints at the entrance to the familiar loot cave, beside the Hive structure and near the start of the Grasp of Avarice dungeon. Interact with the prints to get the next clue.

Search the Terrestrial Complex
The clue about holding off the Hive and restoring communications leads to the Terrestrial Complex connected to Skywatch. Move through the complex to the room with computers and investigate the paw prints there.
Check the bunker entrance in The Grottos
Continue beyond the Forgotten Shore toward the Fallen S.A.B.E.R. strike entrance. Look for the Rasputin bunker door and investigate the paw prints near its locked entrance.
Free Archie at Dock 13
Return to The Steppes and travel through the building toward Dock 13. Defeat the Fallen guarding Archie, then interact with him. The documented guides describe a group of Fallen; one also names a Brig in the encounter, so be prepared for a fight rather than expecting a single target.
Finish the quest
After freeing Archie, return to Ada-1 in the Tower to complete the route. The 2024 GameSpot walkthrough lists 10 Trophies of Bravery and a Spinfoil Hat for the quest, and says the Cosmodrome triumph unlocks when Archie is found. It directs players to claim the Blue Steel shader through the Into the Light secrets triumph “Where in the System is Archie?” Shacknews also reports 10 Trophies of Bravery and the Blue Steel shader for the broader triumph. These are historical guide-reported rewards, not confirmed current-build rewards.

Current availability is not established. Shacknews noted on June 9, 2026 that Archie had moved from his previous Tower spot and was beside Lodi in the Bazaar following the Monument of Triumph update. That location update does not confirm whether the Cosmodrome quest remains launchable or whether its steps and rewards have changed.
