Shogun’s Arena is no longer available as a Battle Royale location. When it was active, it appeared as a floating island objective at one of several possible spots—not at a single fixed map coordinate.

Can you still find Shogun’s Arena?

No. The community-maintained Fortnite Wiki’s version history records that Shogun’s Arena stopped appearing during update v35.20 and was replaced by Kor’s Arena in v36.00. Those are historical version references, not directions for finding it in a current match.

Where did Shogun’s Arena appear?

Shogun’s Arena was a temporary objective on the Chapter 6 island of Oninoshima, rather than a permanent named point of interest. During the period it was active, a Rift brought it to one of several preset locations when the fourth Storm circle closed. Its position varied between matches, so there was no one coordinate players could visit in advance.

How did players reach it?

When the Arena appeared, Shogun X spawned there as a boss. Players could ride upward on a wind current formed by nearby Air Sprites. These details describe the former Battle Royale mechanic and should not be treated as current gameplay instructions.

What is Shogun’s Arena confused with?

  • Shogun’s Solitude: A separately named map location, not the former floating Arena objective.
  • Blades & Bullets: The Shogun Arena: A separate Creative free-for-all island for up to 20 players. Epic lists it under island code 4088-0172-8943 in its Creative island listing.
  • Fortnite Arenas: A separate Ranked mode Epic announced on April 7, 2026, featuring consecutive 1v1 or 2v2 rounds. It is not the removed Battle Royale objective; see Epic’s Fortnite Arenas announcement.
