For the Burning Crusade-era Consortium, look for Karaaz at the Stormspire in Netherstorm. If you mean the later Artisan’s Consortium, its quartermaster is a different NPC: Blizzard’s Silvermoon City guide names Lyrendal in Silvermoon City.
Burning Crusade Consortium: Karaaz at the Stormspire
Secondary references place Karaaz, the Consortium Quartermaster, at the Stormspire in Netherstorm. Blizzard’s official Outland quest guide confirms the Burning Crusade Consortium quest context, but it does not name Karaaz or verify his exact location. No coordinates are established here.
Later Artisan’s Consortium: Lyrendal in Silvermoon City
The Artisan’s Consortium is a separate faction context, not another name for the Burning Crusade Consortium. Blizzard’s Welcome to Silvermoon City! guide identifies Lyrendal as an Artisan Consortium Quartermaster in Silvermoon City. If you are looking for a different NPC than Karaaz, check which expansion or faction your game is showing.
