If you mean the table for alternate-character campaign or scouting options, reported guidance places it at Wingrest Embassy, the first populated area on the Dragon Isles with trainers. It is not identified as a follower-mission table, and exact coordinates have not been confirmed.
Where to find the Dragonflight alt campaign table
Head to Wingrest Embassy. A community reply in a Blizzard-hosted discussion describes a table in the first populated Dragon Isles area with trainers and associates it with additional options for alternate characters after a character has completed the story. The reply does not give coordinates or an official in-game object name, so use the settlement as the landmark rather than relying on a specific map pin. Read the Blizzard forum discussion.
What this table is—and what it is not
The forum guidance concerns campaign or scouting choices for eligible alts. It does not describe a follower-mission interface. If you are looking for the mission-board system from an earlier expansion, the available location report does not establish a current Dragonflight follower-mission table or where one would be found.
Why not Valdrakken?
Valdrakken is a major Dragon Isles city, but Blizzard’s city preview does not identify it as the location of this alt-options table. The location report instead points to Wingrest Embassy. Blizzard’s Valdrakken overview describes the city and its role, not this table.

Availability and uncertainty
The location and function above come from a community participant in a Blizzard-hosted forum thread dated November 29, 2022, not an official location guide. The available sources do not confirm exact coordinates, a named NPC, or whether the interaction has changed in a later patch. Blizzard’s general Dragonflight overview provides expansion context but does not specify the table.
