The Trial of One in Deepwoken is underground, beneath Outpost Antumbra on the island of Minityrsa. You reach it through a hatch in the outpost’s rear-right corner, then a short hallway that ends at a glowing doorway. Community wiki pages describe the entrance as admitting players at Power 1, so check the entry rules below before you go.
How to find the entrance
The directions below come from community-maintained Deepwoken wiki pages. They are not official game documentation, and the layout may have changed since those pages were last updated.
- Travel to Minityrsa. It is an island in the Etrean Luminant, located to the right of the Luminant Gates, according to the Minityrsa wiki page.
- Locate Outpost Antumbra. The outpost sits on a route on the right side of the island. Its wiki page says the Trial of One entrance is in its basement.
- Check the rear-right corner. Look for an open hatch there. This is the access point the Trial of One wiki page describes.
- Descend the short hallway. Follow it down to the glowing doorway.
- Enter through the glowing doorway. This starts the trial.
Because these steps are written from wiki descriptions rather than a verified walkthrough of every starting point, the sources do not give exact coordinates or a complete route from every spawn or server. If the hatch is not where described, look around the rear and right sides of the outpost before assuming the trial is elsewhere.
Entry requirements and restrictions
The Trial of One wiki page reports the following rules. Treat them as current only as of that page’s last update, since game rules can change.

- Power requirement: The entrance admits players at Power 1.
- Over-Power players: Players above the required Power are knocked back rather than admitted.
- Attempt limit: Once you start the first parry check, you get one attempt per life.
If you are above Power 1, expect to be turned away at the doorway. If the gate behaves differently from these descriptions, the wiki pages may be out of date, and the in-game behavior should take precedence.
What the sources do and do not establish
- Three separate community wiki pages (Minityrsa, Outpost Antumbra, and Trial of One) agree on the location and the basic route.
- No official developer source was found confirming these details, so treat the location as well documented by fans, not officially confirmed.
- No exact coordinates are available, and the sources do not describe a route from every starting location.
If you are looking for the trial, start at Outpost Antumbra on Minityrsa, check the rear-right hatch, and confirm the Power requirement before you head down.
