Golden Ridge contains five mural pieces in The Outer Worlds 2: Alexandra Station Entrance, Guardian Estates, Decommissioned Autonomous Extractorium, N-Ray Range, and Alexandra Monastery. Collecting all five grants the Art Enthusiast V perk and displays the pieces as decorations aboard the Incognito, according to GameSpot’s 2025 guide. The first mural is the easiest to start with, because it sits in the station next to your landing area. The other four are spread across the map, and the last one is locked behind main-story progress.
The five murals and how to reach them
Each piece is in a building or station in Golden Ridge. Directions below follow the third-party guides cited in this article. Fast-travel point names and station labels can differ slightly from what you see in your own map, so use the descriptions alongside the map markers.
1. Alexandra Station Entrance
- After you land in Golden Ridge, enter the station next to the ship’s landing area.
- The mural is on the wall. Interact with the darker-hued fragment to examine it.
- A lore entry sits in front of the mural and describes the events it depicts.
This is the first mural, and it effectively starts the mural quest.
2. Guardian Estates
- Travel to the southwestern part of the map and activate the Guardian Estates fast-travel point.
- Continue uphill to the tram station near the large building.
- The mural is inside the tram station.
The guide mentions a bounty against the Dunsany Brothers nearby. You do not need to complete it to collect the mural.

3. Decommissioned Autonomous Extractorium
- From Guardian Estates, head north to the Extractorium.
- The mural is in a small building beside the facility.
4. N-Ray Range
- Continue north to N-Ray Range.
- Explore down to sub-level 2, then ride the elevator back to the top.
- The mural is in the tramway chamber. A High Security Lockbox is in the same room.
5. Alexandra Monastery
- Complete the main objectives in Zyranium Manufactory VII and N-Ray Range first.
- Return to Matriarch’s Mercy and take the lift to Alexandra Monastery.
- Walk through the area to the large garden. The mural is inside the station on the right-hand side.
Collection order and story access
The order matters less than you might expect. Three of the pieces can be collected in any sequence once you have access to Golden Ridge. The Monastery piece is the only one that depends on story progress. The table below lists each piece with its access condition.

PowerPyx also reports five Golden Ridge murals and says each one is inside a Tramicular station. That matches the location descriptions above.
Rewards for completing the set
Collecting all five murals unlocks Art Enthusiast V, which grants +10% XP from companion kills. GameSpot’s 2025 guide also says the five pieces appear as decorations aboard the Incognito. PowerPyx lists a trophy or achievement called Golden Ridge Murals In Plural for finding all five. Its listing does not specify platform differences, so check your platform’s trophy or achievement list if you are unsure whether it is tracked on your version.
